I can’t say enough good things about DAC Services Heating and Air Conditioning. We previously had an incredible experience with them, and once again, they went above and beyond when we needed their help this past September as we were selling our home in Charlotte.

DAC is the company you want to call for any HVAC needs, whether it’s repairs or full replacements. This time, Joey came out to fix a thermostat issue for us, but when he arrived, the realtor had accidentally locked the side door, preventing access through the keypad. Joey didn’t skip a beat – his professionalism and patience were unmatched. He happily came back the very next day after the door was unlocked, ensuring everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly.

From the office manager Michelle to Joey and his team, DAC Services continues to set the gold standard for HVAC companies in Charlotte. They are honest, dependable, and treat you like family. They show up when they say they will, answer every question thoroughly, and deliver high-quality work at reasonable prices.

I only wish they serviced the new state we moved to because I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our HVAC needs. If you’re in Charlotte, do yourself a favor and call DAC Services – they are truly the best in the business.

DAC was wonderful to work with and have in our house. From talking to the office to the guys who did our installation, everyone was courteous and helpful. They were able to quickly get what we needed for our new furnace and AC and left our house clean and comfortable! I’d definitely recommend them to any friends or family who need HVAC work!

I have a unit in a rental that is about 40 years old. They keep pumping life into it! Where other companies have tried to force me to replace it, Dac keeps the Train on its tracks

Three times they said they were going to come pick up this thermostat and refund my money. Three times they failed to come here and they ended up stiffing me.

I had them put in a new thermostat, and there was a problem. So they came out and did an adjustment, but it didn't cure the problem. The unit is running every 7 and 1/2 minutes night and day. After that they just ignored me. A second company came out, they discovered the settings were incorrect and the thermostat was not showing the correct temperature. I reached back out to DAC with the receipt from the other company. That's when they kept telling me they were going to come out here, take the thermostat and refund my money but they did not do so. They also pretty much ignored the Better Business Bureau Complaint.

We recently had an issue with the blower in our AC unit and called DAC. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Chris arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in no time—which was such a relief since we have a newborn at home and needed the house to stay cool.

Chris was professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly so we felt confident in the repair. The office manager, Michelle, was also wonderful and so friendly! The level of service and care they provided truly exceeded our expectations. We’re so grateful for their quick response and highly recommend DAC to anyone in need of reliable AC service!

DAC came to perform an annual HVAC checkup in a house we bought last year. It was recently renovated (new HVAC) but they suggested modifications that would improve the overall operation and also make it quieter. They made these mods in addition to moving the outside condenser unit. We could not be happier with their level of service and attention to detail. They were thoughtful in how they modified the system and took time to plan the job out instead of just trying to "close out a work order". I also believe their pricing was very reasonable. Many thanks to Chris and his crew for exceeding our expectations!

The value I found with Miller is in their knowledge and how well they explained options and how my system works.

I have a service contract with them and have been calling for over four hours to fix my A/C with zero call back as the temperature is 100 degrees. Do NOT use them!!!!!

Don't ever use these people. Tammy in their office will make every excuse as to why they can't come out. Horrible customer service person and will never admit it is there problem. I've had them out multiple times and they can't fix the problem. On top of that, their guy logged in that he checked the system out and he admitted to me that he didn't. That the electrician found the issue. Don't use these people period.

Matt at MCS was on-time, very responsive to all my questions, and asked a lot of questions himself to get at the root of the problem. When he found the issue, he didn't stop there, he used critical thinking to figure out what could really be causing the issue. He had a hunch and checked it out and his hunch turned out to be what was causing the issue! He made sure to test everything, wear booties in the house and truly took pride in his work. If there are any issues moving forward I will ask for him.

I'm going to say up front that this is NOT a review of any work done, as I did not hire this company for their services. However, one of their vans was driving so fast and aggressively on 485 earlier today that he almost ran 2 cars off the road, one of them being me. If the employees of this company are willing to drive the company vehicle like that in public, they don't seem like they would care very much about your property or getting the job done right if you hired them for a job. On these ground I would strongly encourage that no one use this company.

My furnace upstairs wasn't keeping up with the frigid cold the last couple of weeks. The tech came and did some fine tuning and voila, no more issues. Extremely happy!!!
