Pablo with Comfort Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job. It took him quite some time to diagnose the issue due to some bad wiring with my unit, and I appreciate him being thorough, assessing the issue, and resolving the problem with my heat. He did a great job explaining everything wrong and what he did to correct it. I’d highly recommend this technician and business!

I've been having issues with my HVAC for weeks. Richard came to my home earlier than scheduled and listened to my concerns. He installed the part and assured me that everything would be okay. Thank you Richard for your professionalism.

I'm very happy with Comfort First. Even though it was late when Pablo arrived, he was very thorough and didn't rush to make sure that everything was working properly. There is an issue that needs to be addressed, and I will have them back to complete the work.

1/21/26 I just had Richard here to checkout my furnace. He was great, and kept me informed on what he doing. Before making repairs Richard went over everything with me. I’m very pleased with the service.

We are so extremely satisfied with the customer service and the professionalism that Pablo provided for us on today. We were in a situation where we were told one thing from another technician about what we needed in our home for our heating unit and Pablo came in. he was on time he was cordial. He was respectful, offered to put covering on his feet for protection and to protect our floors. And he also was very Gentleman like and presentable. He came in with a very positive attitude did everything we needed him to do in regards of the diagnostic review of the unit gave us a very good representation of what was needed and instructed us on how to continue to move forward with maintenance and good contract service options as we are extremely pleased and we will forever be grateful for him he is a gem and we recommend that he receive some type of incentive for his customer service and representation on today. Thank you so much the entire Hardley family.

Update: Kyle and Sean came to install our new furnace a few days later and were great! They took care of everything and again went above and beyond.

Pablo did a great job explaining the maintenance services and a few additional needs to maintain my equipment. He stayed late on a Friday afternoon close to 5pm to finish the work and helped me understand how to better maintain my system.

Pablo and Josh completed a system check of our unit today, ans it was one of rhe best experiences we had with Comfort First. The knowledge Pablo showed while he was training Josh was so professional to see. I'll always recommend this company.

I was in need of an emergency service due to a gas leak in my heating system. Pablo came within 30 minutes and began troubleshooting the leak. Pablo did due diligence and found the source of the leak.
I definitely would recommend Comfort First for all of your HVAC needs.

Rich came out to fix the heating blower in the back of our house that had been out for a couple of weeks, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He was respectful, kind, and extremely efficient from start to finish.

Rich was successful at troubleshooting my new furnace which was over heating. He took the time to really figure out the root cause and stay to ensure unit was operating as it should. Wow, I really wish this issue had been tested out and install and on the first technician’s visit to troubleshoot. I’m grateful by the third visit. Rich was the person who sent and he was able to figure it out. He was professional and was easy to speak to. He should be rewarded for his service!
