If you need to burn through your phone minutes then call these folks up. You sure to use at least 30 minutes listening to the same on hold message.

Their value lies in usually having everything you need locally (not, we can have it tomorrow) and friendly, helpful counter service. Refrigeration is a sideline for me. Occasionally intersecting with my work as an environmental test engineer and sometimes a bit of home work. Some of the local suppliers won't bother to talk to you, much less sell, unless you are at their counter every week; master's license not withstanding. Skilled trades counter services generally don't operate at internet speeds. There are live people, taking the time to help live customers solve problems, be it electrical, HVAC, wholesale parts, etc. Don't expect to cut to front of the line by calling on the phone.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service!! It is 9:02am as I’m writing this review, and have been on hold since 8:17am..Sad you cant get through to inquire about a unit or a simple part..Call FERGUSON, they answer and have most all parts in stock, just for about any unit! Sorry folks, but learn to answer your phones, or hire some more help..This has been going on since day 1 and still isn’t fixed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH CARRIER! Find another Manufacturer that will take calls, and ASSIST you when you need it

On the rare occasion that the part you need isn't backordered, you might be lucky enough to have a pleasant experience here. Unless it's under warranty... in which case their warranty processing department will run you around, take forever to issue a credit after repeated reminders.
It's shocking that a player this big can be this difficult to work with.

Great customer service and quality work. The technician that came out to my home was very personable and helpful. He went out of his way to explain my new system installed. Great job Comfort first and many thanks to the technician that that did the work.

Dan did a great and thorough job explaining the options to remedy the heating system issue. He was professional and courteous at all times. He didn’t push for an immediate additional service and indicated the issue could wait until spring, which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend the maintenance service with Comfort First Heating and Cooling to keep your HVAC system running efficiently.

Pablo was great — he arrived on time and took the time to carefully figure out what was going on with the heater in one of the units that isn’t working.

Great experience with Dustin from Comfort First taking care of a home warranty repair for us. He checked our system and diagnosed the leaking evaporator coils quickly and then he installed the replacement part about a week later once it came in, even though he had to fabricate some of the work by hand. Did a great job and communicated with me constantly about getting the part, what would happen next, etc. Overall a fantastic experience.

Dan was absolutely amazing! He arrived promptly and took his time to explain everything thoroughly. His professionalism and dedication were truly impressive. Because of his outstanding service, I’ve decided to sign up for the maintenance plan. I will definitely be using Comfort First again thanks to Dan's excellent work!

My home warranty assign them to fix my hvac. The first technician that came out wasn't properly prepared. He attempted to climb in my attic without the correct size ladder. He fell on my brand new dryer and dented. He left without apologizing. The manager had to finish the job and now waiting on my dryer to be repaired.

Professorial, courteous, and effective. I work from home and Rich worked around my meetings. He identified a system that was offline, got it operational and ready for the winter!

Rich and Pablo were absolutely amazing! They explained every step even though I had no clue what the terms meant. They were friendly and personal. Every question I asked was answered and they took their time. After another company came and did nothing, they fixed the problem. These guys were amazing!!! They definitely get a 10 out of 10! And after 3 weeks my air is now working!

Dustin came to our home and fixed our AC and it is up and running and we thank you so much! He worked very hard and explained everything to us. We really appreciate him making sure that everything was running smoothly. We would like him to come back in the future when we need service!

I had Rich as my AC technician who did an outstanding job both with installing the needed parts and communicating and updating me with the process. He truly went above and beyond to assist me in a process I do not have a lot of knowledge on. I would recommend him to anyone who has any AC issues or needs help identifying any possible problems.

Nick has serviced our system a couple of times. He is great, polite, efficient, and honest.
