Uh Oh! New HVAC unit has worked for 3 to 4 days. No A/C now. I have a call in for them and will update the results of what went wrong and what they did to fix it.

Update. They fixed it. Installation mistake.

A family owned company that does quality work at a reasonable price. Don’t call the big names on the commercial. Call the ones who will do the job right the first time. 5 Stars all the way.

Called Ryan on a Friday morning because my AC unit wasn't cooling. He had Jason out by 1pm and he couldn't have been nicer or more honest. He fixed the problem and the price ended up being 3/4 less than what I had paid in the past. Such a great experience, I will always call on them and refer them to anyone in need of good, honest service!

Just a update these guys are still working their butt's off keeping their customers warm in the winter and cool in the summer .
Best heating and air conditioning guys in town .. Chris Hayes and David are top notch people .. you NEVER have to worry if you paid to much and a job 1/2 Done. .. and last they stand behind their work 100% never a hassle.. this company by far is the best company to have come to your business or home...

Service was done in a timely manner, and the technician was very professional. He answered all of our questions and concerns and gave us valuable feedback.

Trace Jordan, the technician that serviced my unit was courteous and professional. In today’s day and age, that can’t be taken for granted. He got here right on time and got to working right away. He did a good job inspecting and servicing the unit. He informed us of what he was going check into and what he was able to accomplish. All and all, I was pleased with the service.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He thoroughly inspected both of our HVAC units. He also cleaned them for us. He gave us some insights on how we can help improve the lifespan of our systems. Highly recommend MTB.

It was a pleasure to work with a company that arrived as scheduled, provided a text when they were on the way and completed the work in a professional and friendly manner. The technician, Ryan was very friendly and helpful.

After using a different hvac company for a few years, I experienced several reasons to distrust them and called MTB to come out for an issue I was having. The guy (I forgot his name) who came out explained my issue to me and showed me video of the problem. He explained my options for a temporary fix and completed them, and we scheduled another visit for more thorough estimates to either repair or replace for more permanent solutions.
During that second visit, Josh explained my options, gave me estimates so I could make an informed decision, walked me through financing options, and we scheduled a third visit to resolve the issue. During the third visit, the workers explained what would happen during the visit, put down protection on the carpet, and were very respectful of my house, space and even of my loud, barking dogs. 😊
I am pleased with the overall experience and product. I even received a hand written follow up note as a nice, personal touch.

The technician who services our unit is nothing short of amazing. He's polite, funny and so knowledgeable. Solved our issue quickly. Plus, your after-hours answering service is great. We're completely satisfied with MTB; we always have been and we don't hesitate to recommend you to others.

3 year old furnace. Broken control board. No urgency for repair. Estimated 5 days before part arrives. This does not reflect the technician he did a good job. This is on the company.

Proper communication from the start. On time notified when employee was to arrive. When repair person arrived photo ID was showed with a smile. Wore booties to protect the floors. Friendly 😃 and advised what tests were being performed. Excellent job. Highly recommended employee and company!
New visit on March 03, 2026 Sam great service with technician Edger Malo. He was friendly and did a thorough inspection. Also asked if I needed my air filter’s changed.
Highly recommend this service company.

Outstanding service and inspection. Joey was extremely competent, knowledgeable, and polite. Wonderful that MTB hires veterans.
