The night before schools starts and our AC went out at dinner time. MTB sent out a technician, George, who not only solved the problem, but did it without disturbing the sleeping children. Very friendly and thorough also. Great experience!

I had a meeting with Jay T from MTB this morning to discuss a renovation project and estimate the job cost. He was excellent to work with and provided all the job details and pricing right away. We are now considering next steps.

I am customer with MTB for long time but last maintenance/service was disappointment for me. MTB tech forgot to put electronic panel cover on HVAC el after service and recently HVAC was giving noise whenever turned on heat . I called HVAC tech from another company and found that panel that cover furnace was loose, sealing was displaced and panel cover not tighten properly and end up paying 75 dollars to fix for careless job. quality of service really not matched to MTB standards and I am really unhappy and unsatisfied with MTB.

We have been using MTB mechanical for 10 years and are so satisfied with their service. Their technicians are savvy, courteous, and always thorough.

Bought an over priced unit in July of 2024, only because of the assurances of the sales rep, Ken Hopkins, that we would not be scammed. We bought the unit, along with the almost mandatory 'service contract ' ( if you want to keep your warranty ). The 'service guy' came for ' maintenance' , he was able to find a '''gas leak '' no one else had detected ( no odor ). The gas 'leak' at the male / female coupling ended up costing us THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS , for a part not more than $20. I tried to call the 'Sales Rep', today ? Of course, Ken Hopkins is gone, left six months ago ...........

Woke up that morning with a cold house. Tech was on time and got right to work. Turns out a squirrel was just doing squirrel things in the exhaust vent. He cleared it out and we were warm again, for a very reasonable charge. Great Work!

Signed up for their maintenance program. Tech came today, very pleasant and thorough. Everything checked out ok. The program for my 2 units costs around $420 yearly which they bill monthly, very convenient. Office staff is also very professional and accommodating.

We had our biannual HVAC maintenance today. The technician (Trace) was on-time, efficient, helpful, and friendly. We have used MTB mechanical for HVAC maintenance for about a year now and have been very pleased. I’d highly recommend them.

The technician was professional and kind. He was respectful of my home and wore shoe covers. Very punctual.

Had new HVAC installed on our new construction and the whole process of them coming out and setting up was great until I got our first electric bill. There was an issue wiring one of the thermostats and the wire was pinched when installed causing there to be a short and have our heat strip on constantly for 45 days.
Once we received our first electric bill for $740, MTB was quick to come out and fix but are not willing to help out on the energy overage blaming it on other crafts when it was clearly due to install.

Hate to have such a bad experience at the end when the whole time up to this was great but they need to take ownership to their faults.

Excellent service from the customer care folks in the phone, to the tech that came to our home. Quick response, professional and courteous. I appreciated he put on paper booties before entering our home. He found our issue quickly and had it repaired in less than an hour. I would highly recommend!

We switched to MTB a few years ago after a bad experience with Morris Jenkins. MTB is not the least expensive option in Charlotte and not all their technicians are good, but in general they’re responsive and Jimmy who has serviced our HVAC a few times is great.

On time and very courteous. Explained the scope of work upon his arrival and got busy. He confirmed all the tests and checks that he performed, provided a written copy and asked if we had any questions regarding the service call. Great customer experience.

MTB have been responsive and professional in providing warranty support for our new home.

Technicians are respectful, your receive a notification of who is coming and when they are enroute.

We woke up with no heat this am. Called MTB and they came right out. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it very quickly. I am so happy to use MTB and their customer service is 2nd to none. This is rare in my opinion these days. I highly recommend.

MTB offers a great maintenance package for our HVAC. The service providers are very knowledgeable and provide a thorough inspection. Have been a customer over 10 years and have never been disappointed.

Technician came out and did a complete check up on our furnace and replaced the filter.They texted me the day prior with a friendly reminder of the visit. Then kept me posted on when the technician was going to arrive at our house. The technician, Chris Prescott, took the time to explain to us what he was doing. Very informative.
