I called on a Monday and two lovely young men came on Tuesday morning to quote air duct cleaning and they performed the cleaning and installation of ultra violet system in a couple of hours. They were polite, efficient and explained exactly what they were doing as they went answering any questions I had. I would recommend Genie and especially these two young men in a heartbeat if you want and need these services. My thanks to them for breathing fresh air again.

Fabio & Elad were excellent! They were both super professional and a joy to work with.

Elad explained their process and had the job done in less than 1.5 hours. They installed additional protection outside of the house to ensure birds aren’t using the dryer vent as a nesting opportunity. He even took the time to reinstall our dryer vent hose, which we had previously uninstalled ourselves.

Elad was fantastic! He's very friendly, personable and easy to talk to. His professionalism and positive vibe put me at ease so that I felt comfortable allowing him into my home to work. As a single mom, that is super important to me so I really appreciate it. He's also very knowledgeable and was great at showing me the problem and explaining what needed to be done. Glad was great did a fantastic job cleaning my vents and installed a air purifier which helped a lot! I used to wake up with a stuffy nose, and after installing the air purifier, I wake up with a clear nose

Highly recommend! Quick & very knowledgeable….. i just wanted them to add a cover over the dryer vent outdoor , to keep birds from getting inside my house . Not only did they fix that, but they also cleaned all the lint out my dryer & connector !!!!

Wonderful team that works hard and goes the extra mile! The technician who provided the service for us today spoke only Spanish and was supposed to be accompanied by an English speaking partner, but unfortunately that partner had a family emergency. Our technician was thorough and used his phone to successfully translate any details we needed to know. He was clean and respectful of our space and showed us before and after photos of each area as he went through his process to ensure we were satisfied with the results. After seeing what came out of our vents, I can say that this was a very valuable service. I would highly recommend the Genie team!

We had our entire air duct system cleaned today. We hired Genie and let me tell you what an amazing company. They came out last week for a free estimate. Right after Elad looked at everything he gave us a few options. We picked the one that worked for us and paid a deposit, 20%. Today they came right on time and did an amazing job. They take credit cards and process it right in front of you. They were so kind and great communication!!! Definitely recommend!
