My experience was very good. The young lady I talk to on the phone said that she could get somebody out there today. The gas came out and they showed me exactly what the problem was and I had quite a lot of blockage. They took care of it and everything works great. I’m very happy with them.

The guys came out for a quote originally, and decided to have the service completed. The guys were very thorough. Along with going over each room and the details of the service throughout the service. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Elad and team did a great job cleaning our dryer vent. He was professional and courteous, even taking the time to make our dogs feel comfortable. He shared the before and after photos and wow, what a difference!

My daughter had a problem with the dryer duct connection in her rental unit she just moved into. The duct in the house was damaged and misshapen so much that a 4 inch duct pipe could not be attached. Genie Air Duct Cleaning fixed the problem and also cleaned the ducts. There was a bird nest and lots of debris that they removed. They were quick, professional, and very polite. I was referred by a friend of mine and so glad I was. Everything was beyond expectations from the scheduling to the fact they left my house sparkling clean and considering the amount of dust and god knows what came out of there I can honestly say that my house was cleaner all around after than it was before (you guys should consider adding cleaning services too!). I live in Charlotte and pollen is terrible not to mention the allergies it brings. They team that came to my house were super polite, they explained everything they were doing and I am very happy with the results.
