We received a recommendation for Erbe Air in our neighborhood and my husband and I are so grateful! We had a ridiculously high quote and were advised of a whole new system replacement was needed for our HVAC. We had Caleb come as a second opinion to review everything and he was honest and very knowledgeable and provided us with options based on our systems needs/replacement that should be done that also saved us money and great warranty. It was an easy process to work with Erbe Air and the installers, Logan and Ben were also great! Thank you so much we appreciate you more than you know. Definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Caleb was prompt, courteous, and professional. He performed an inspection and winter maintenance on a newly purchased home, and provided a very detailed game plan on what we need to focus on next. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, but rather made commonsense recommendations. He's our HVAC dude now.

We had an issue with the heat in our rental property and within 3 hours of me calling Erbe Air, Caleb was on the property with the issue diagnosed and ready for repair. He stayed past regular business hours to ensure our renters were able to have a warm house and returned the following day to finalize the repair. We were extremely pleased with his responsiveness, professionalism, and fair pricing. We will certainly be reaching back out to Erbe Air for our heating and air needs!

In the midst of our winter storm & 10 degree morning, I called Caleb to see if someone could come check my heat pump to see why it would not heat to more than 50 degrees. Benjamin came right away & was able to find & fix the problem. He was so professional & explained in detail so I could understand the reason behind the problem. Answered all my questions & gave me good advice about my unit. Erbe Air installed my most recent unit & I have been so pleased with everyone I have interacted with. They are so honest very reasonably priced. Highly recommend you give them a call.

Excellent service to my HVAC system which is quite possibly the most expensive equipment of your home! Caleb and Benjamin of Erbe Air are extremely professional, reliable, and arrived on time to do the warranty work for my heat exchanger. I'm giving a five star recommendation and am so glad they could be trusted with this needed mechanical system that I certainly don't want to live without!

Caleb from Erbe Air talked me through some steps to take over the phone to see if I could get my heat working. My furnace didn't respond so Caleb came out to assess my furnace a couple hours later on a Saturday morning. He was able to get my furnace working and explained everything to me. He didn't try to sell me anything just charged me for the service call & labor. Great technician & company

Hello, if you are looking for an honest qoute, call Erbe Air. Unlike others, Caleb came to my address and gave me a reasonable qoute. It took about over an hour for Caleb to review my home, yes it was in bad shape due to the previous work but Caleb did not turn me down. He was trying to find ways to save me money without breaking the bank. I've called Morris Jenkin, Bradshaw Brothers, Trident Mechanical and they gave me astronomical price that was ridiculous. I have not hired this company but Caleb is very respectful and not looking to take advantage of me like the other companies I listed above. Give them a shot, you'll be glad you did. Great customer service. On time, punctual and polite. Both Caleb and Benjamin worked to resolve an issue with the furnace that also required some help from the gas company. Caleb stayed engaged and worked with the gas company in order to resolve the issue. I will be calling them back for any of my HVAC needs in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with Erbe Air. The owner, Caleb, came out personally. He was prompt, professional, and took the time to explain the issue with our AC unit in a way that was easy to understand. We had two other companies give us quotes prior. Both were within the same price range however, Caleb provided a higher level of equipment and much better warranty. The new unit was installed quickly and the system is running perfectly. Absolutely awesome!! Called them on a Saturday before the storm and Talked to Caleb first.. great personality and he walked me through steps to take before sending out his tech, even tho nothing seemed to work! The service technician (I believe Caleb’s brother, cant recall his name) was just as awesome as Caleb!!! This company is family owned and WOW… fantastic!
