We recently had our old hvac system completely replaced by Erbe Air. Caleb, Ben and Logan did an amazing job. They replaced our 23 year old Lennox with a new Bosch unit and set up zones inside the house for upstairs and downstairs cooling separately! Now our phones are set up to control the two thermostats and the system keeps it very cool with minimal effort. It’s also sooo quiet! Love our new system and Erbe Air! They are the best! They are reliable, professional and very reasonable compared to everyone else!

Benjamin came to do a maintenance check before winter. He was very honest and through, made sure I understood and ask did I have any questions. Made no attempt to upcharge with expensive recommendations, female homeowner: Highly recommend!!

Erbe Air was recommended to me when my AC went out. I got a quote from 3 total companies. First of all, the price was super competitive. While Erbe is probably a smaller company than the other 2 quotes I got, I ultimately chose to go with them because during the estimate i felt they were very transparent. I also love that they did not pressure me to buy a new system and gave me several options. The other two quotes I got were honestly much higher and they were recommending I replace my system but couldn’t give me a quote on those.

As a bonus, the work was completed much faster than I expected and the guys who did the work were so polite and professional. Definitely had a good experience with this company and will use them again and will recommend them.

Our AC suddenly stopped working and Caleb came out right away, even on short notice. He quickly figured out the issue, drove to get the part we needed, and had everything up and running again the same morning. He’s kind, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced! We’re so thankful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service!

Caleb did a great job! He showed up on time, listened to the me about the issue I'd been having with my HVAC. Luckily he had the part needed and 20 minutes later he was done. Our HVAC system was always quite nosey. We would have to sleep with our bedroom door closed. Calab diagnosed the problem and gave us some options to solve the problem. He installed a second air intake register. All quiet now ! Would highly recommend.

The technician patiently explained several things to me, and answered my questions without making me feel like he was in a rush to get away. Price is is probably much lower than other HVAC companies in the area.

We trusted Caleb from Erbe Air to replace our HVAC and furnace and couldn't be happier! He did a thorough inspection before quoting us, which was one of the more reasonable quotes we received. When we were finally ready to pull the plug, they were ready to schedule us. It was also very seamless to finance the job too. So this year we called Erbe Air to schedule another routine check of our system and this time another member of his team came out (I apologize for not remembering his name.). Great experience, we had 2 of our heat pump systems replaced and they did an amazing job. They are very friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. I had worked with Caleb in the past on a heating and air situation And had really liked how he had communicated with me. So I kept his number and called him this past Sunday on Super bowl Sunday and he immediately got back to me and worked me in since my son and grandchildren did not have any heat. It was within 2 hours Monday morning that he had the problem figured out and the situation resolved. I would recommend Caleb and his company to anyone. They are great and in this day and time when it's difficult to get anyone on the phone he was there consistently and communicating effectively.
