I have used baileys 2 times in the past 5 years and they are always great! Last time I only needed an inexpensive part. They could have said anything. I appreciate their honesty and coming when they say.

I called this business several times no answer and unable to leave a message. Finally someone answered my call and low and behold and to my surprise I spoke with the "owner" concerning getting an estimate to have my hvac ductwork replaced. After calling him 4 times and
being assured he would be over he finally told me he had forgot he had even talked with me!! Wow My first call was 10 am and my last conversation with this owner he informed me he could possibly stop by at 6:30 pm which i replied don't bother. He actually did me a huge favor!! Went by his business on Hanover Drive, JC the next morning and talked with a lady that said she was not the secretary or business manager and that he personally answered all calls and appointments plus completed service calls. The office looked in "disarray" to say the least. My advice, avoid this business at all costs. Horrible business and the type of business that everyone unfortunately has heard of!! I will also be reporting this business to the BBB to protect future clients.

Bought a Foreclosure, had 3 units all bad coils and not maintained. He was honest, straight forward, on time and did a great job replacing 3 units and adding a fourth. One unit was bad and 2 months later froze up. He was there within an hour to check it out and replaced it within 3 hours. Could not recommend him and his crew any higher. Simply outstanding.

Hands down the best heating and air business in the entire tri cities. Very Honest, strait forward , and super friendly. I'm so glad I called Baileys Heating and Air. Recomend 10/10 because I refuse to use anyone els ever again.

Mr.Bailey is absolutely amazing there is no HVAC company like baileys.. This man truly cares more about his customers.Then he does the money he will receive from the job.. As everyone else has said he is super quick and very very attentive to his clients. This man is a blessing.. I run a property management division. I will never use another HVAC tech ever for any of our properties.. Mr. bailey thank you for being wonderful.

I've asked this company to add me to their "do not call" list over 10 times. The cold calls have not stopped and any company that treats prospects with harassment probably treats their customers worse. Do not recommend and will never use.

Bailey’s did FANTASTIC work. They went above and beyond installing our new unit. They quickly responded the same day and kept us informed on the process and timeline. The entire crew was kind and courteous and they got the job done quickly yet efficiently. 10/10 highly recommend them!

One of the best HVAC companies in Charlotte! Cody is always wonderful when he comes out to do the maintenance for my units. They are on time and work with my schedule if I need to reschedule or need a call ahead.

Had weekend furnace issue. Cody fixed the problem, did a great job, no pressure, very professional & nice. This was my fist time using Airworks by a referral. I liked them so much, I will do a maintenance contract.

Great folks. Both their back office personnel and their technician are absolutely professional, compassionate and fully understanding of both the HVAC issue itself and the "new normal" under which we are all being made to operate. I cannot speak for their value since the work is covered under home warranty.

I've used Airworks for years. I've found them to be trustworthy and only recommend things I've actually needed. They recently installed 2 nest thermostat units for the price 1 was going to cost with another heat and air dealer. You can't beat fair, honest service!

Airworks Cooling & Heating is a great company. The technician that we regularly get (Mike) is a great guy. He is more like a cousin to me than a service technician. We had a problem over this past weekend (Labor Day) and we called and Mike was on his way in no time flat. He fixed the problem and saved the day. We had 100 guests at our house the next day, and it would have been a disaster without AC. I am a big fan of Mike, and a big fan of Airworks Cooling & Heating. They are well worth the money, and I never have to wonder if they are billing me for more than I need. In my opinion, that is the norm in this industry so these guys stand out head and shoulders above the rest. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
Updated for 2021. Mike is now the service manager and I'm still using them. If your tired of hearing that you always need something repaired on your HVAC system during the semi annual service give these guys a call. They will make recommendations if they see something that could use repaired/upgraded, but otherwise they are not trying to constantly up sell you. I REALLY hated that experience with the other Charlotte HVAC companies I've had doing my service.

Signed up with AirWorks to do annual maintenance on my HVAC system. Cody showed up promptly during the allotted window and provided quick, hassle free service. He also noticed and fixed a loose pipe exiting the furnace that could’ve led to future issues. Would recommend AirWorks

This is the second time we have used Air Works, and they have proven themselves to be professional and reliable. The value for the price is excellent. Their entire staff, including office, dispatch, sales and technicians are all a pleasure to work with. We will only be using Air Works for our heating and cooling needs.

Absolutely superb customer service. I bought my unit from Airworks 9 1/2 years ago, and this weekend it quit working. In reality, I was supposed to have a 5 year parts warranty, but on my original contract the salesperson wrote “10 year parts warranty” . Airworks honored that commitment even though the company is now in different hands, and so much time has passed, and the manufacturer would not supply the part. They called back when they said they would, they showed up on time, they only charged me for labor on a very expensive part. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Since Airworks was taken over by Dillion corp the quality of service is AWFUL. I Got no notice of fall AC service, by the time I noticed it was overdue (Oct 2023) I called to inquire why. It seems many Airworks customers were not included in the takeover maintenance schedule, was told they could have a tech come out late Jan 2024 which is Unacceptable. I had pre-paid the service with Airworks which they would not refund. Im cancelling any and all service with this company, office staff awful.

I have used Air Works for several years now, and this is my second year having a maintenance contract--which I used to be hesitant to get into but now strongly encourage anyone to get as long as it is with a good company, like Air Works--with them. Every technician that has come out has been friendly, helpful, and most importantly (to me) honest about what they find and what it will cost. I always recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC technician.

I needed one of my air conditioning units repaired in a hurry and AirWorks came to the rescue!, Cody was 100% professional and knowledgeable, fixed my unit quickly and got it working perfectly. I highly recommend this organization and will definitely use them in the future!!!
