This is an amazing small business company! We had an inspector guy Michael come in. He was very professional and kind. He brought in a camera to see what was the problem. He also got under the crawl space to finalize the statement of our problem.

And to point out, we have something stuck in our plumbing system. Overall, I am very satisfied with the process, the inspection, and most of all, THE EXPLANATION. Now, waiting for their actual work. 👍👍👍

They came next day to service the women’s bathroom at my store. I spoke with Alex over the phone and he was a straight shooter and explained everything that would need to be done and gave me an exact quote. Michael came in and was very professional and great at explaining the process and got it done. I have dealt with a few other companies in the Matthews location, and they are by far the best.

Direct Service Plumbing - if it was possible to give them 100 stars, I would do it! There was no aspect of my experience with them that was not A+++. Upon discovering an apparent leaking gas hot water heater, located in my attic (ugh), I called several companies. Everyone that I called was responsive; however, all were higher than Direct Service Plumbing -- and Direct Service Plumbing installed the unit after hours, finishing up at 9 p.m., less than 6 hours after I contacted them. The installers were wonderful, and the owner gets extra "points" -- he came the job a couple hours after they started to personally check on them. I have not seen service like this in a very long time! I will use this company whenever I need anything within their scope of expertise. God bless them!
