We had a fantastic experience with Red Fox. Shane was responsive, professional, and prompt. He and Max got to the bottom of our problem right away and came back the next week as planned to fix it. Everything went smoothly and they were really reasonable. I highly recommend these guys!

Shane and Max were simply wonderful. They saved us the day before Thanksgiving when our hot water heater went out. They came out early and everything was replaced by 12pm! I will absolutely recommend this duo to all my friends and family and they will be the first ones I call if we ever have plumbing issues in the future. I wish there was an option for more stars!

Had Shane and Max come out for another issue and, once again, they were quick to resolve it. Installed a new pressure reducing valve and expansion tank. I highly recommend Red Fox Plumbing.

They came by on time and made a small adjustment to improve our water flow from the kitchen faucet. Didnt even charge us. I have a larger project coming up and I will definitely be calling their number!

My sink fell due to shoddy work from Daniel here in Charlotte. When they were contacted they showed up with no tools. I contacted Shane and he is a outstanding plumber. He and his son came out with only a moments notice. He measured and ordered what was needed. When I tell you his work was off the charts. This is an understatement!!! Professional, fast, thorough and reasonable. Stellar in his profession. If you have plumbing needs, it would be an injustice not to call this man and his son. Thank me later.
