Zai did a great job helping us with our clogged drain. We needed it done quickly and he was very helpful. Would recommend 10/10 times

We noticed some water marks in our ceiling & assumed we had a leak. The tech was very nice but basically he diagnosed a leak and then told us that in order for someone to come with a thermal gun to check for any additional water damage we’d have to wait for a supervisor to come out (so could be a few days). To fix the leak it would just require caulking in our tub which was going to run us $300 on top of the $300 we were paying just for him to come out and diagnose the the leak. Boy oh boy what an absolute scam. Again the gentleman had really great customer care but what this company charges is criminal. Unless you have an emergency and no one else will come, I would steer clear of roto-rooter - unless you want to pay $360 for a diagnostic and still need to fix the leak plus the dry wall. Never again.

The gentleman that fixed my problem, knew what he was doing. He fixed it for the cheapest price he could. He was fast, courteous and was out the door in no time. I really appreciate him and his service. I will be calling them again.

Great experience! Zach came out on a Saturday evening to fix our bathroom faucet and ensured it was all working properly before he left. Super friendly and dedicated—highly recommend!

Zach did a great job of finding the issue with my dishwasher and why it was not draining properly. He was very kind and knowledgeable. If I needed work done again, I would trust him to do the job.

Zohan and his crew were incredible. They came out and spent pretty much an entire day with me troubleshooting and went above and beyond the call of duty diagnosing where our back up was coming from. We finally found that it was completely off my property on a city line. They could have stopped there but they continued helping me find the clean out and eventually completely clear the clog!

Just had Reyes at my house helping diagnose a pretty unusual issue. We determined it was out of scope for a plumber and determined next best route. Great people and great customer service all the way around. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Just moved into my house. Had an issue with my main line and Roto repair sent a tech asap to fix the issue. Everything went smoothly and saved my weekend! Zonun, the tech, explained everything was very helpful so shoutout to him for his work!

Our sink was not draining and the garbage disposal wasn’t working. Root rooter came out right away and found the blockage and fixed it within minutes. The plumber they sent was fantastic! Will definitely call again!

Reyes and Charles arrived promptly, actually earlier than expected and were very quick in getting started. They were highly knowledgeable, very polite, and very helpful with explaining their process and work and answering any and every question I had for them. A little pricey but definitely worth it for the work they did, would absolutely call again.

Rufino with Roto Rooter worked hard to what we thought at the time was a clogged toilet. It turned out to be a much larger issue with possibly the septic tank. He worked and tried everything he could for 3 hours. He gave me some options of how we could possibly resolve the issue and then no charge because he was unable to fix it. He worked hard and to not charge us after all that was quite the blessing. Will definitely use these guys again in the future. Very fair business

Van did an excellent job fixing my toilet leak. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure the repair was done right. Ryan & Co were AMAZING! Just bought our first home, and the whole team did an awesome job. Most important to us, from the first call, to needing to reschedule, and then getting the work done, they walked us through the process and worked around our schedule. We got multiple quotes, and Ryan told us what we needed, and ended up coming in well under-budget. Couldn’t recommend them more highly, I’m sure everyone there is great- But if you get Ryan on the job, I know its gonna be a good day. Thanks team!

Rufino was great!! He was very knowledgeable and professional and identified the problem quickly. He went over all of the options with me and we agreed on repairs for my water heater. Repairs were done in like 30 mins and hot water was coming back to my home. My family has had to take cold showers for the past couple of days but Rufino solved our problem!!

We had a main line sewer emergency and Roto-Rooter truly came to the rescue. They responded immediately, identified the problem right away, clearly explained the solution and a backup plan, and then scheduled and completed the work incredibly fast. In fact, everything was resolved before we even received a quote from another company.

Ray Fanai came on Thanksgiving day to snake out my main line after we spontaneously experienced multiple plumbing issues. We were unable to use any water without causing bubbling or backup in other drains of the house. He walked me through the process start to finish, taught me how to fix the main line myself, and let me watch and ask questions the entire time. The issue was resolved in about two hours after I called. I was very impressed with his professionalism and courteousness. The price was very reasonable, especially given the holiday timing. He resolved the issues and gave us confidence that we could use our dishwasher, laundry machine, bathrooms, and shower all on Thanksgiving day. He included a free camera inspection of the main line as well. I’m extremely thankful for his hard work.

The man was nice and he did unclog my line. Wonderful tech. However, but I was a bit surprised at the cost of a clogged line. Additionally, every time the company texts me they use the wrong name which I find a bit insensitive considering how much money we paid for the service. Finally, I suggest companies come up with a way to receive payment when there is no cell service. Asking me to write my credit card and expiration down on a work order isn’t very professional and I didn’t like it.

Shane and Max installed a hot water heater today and all went seamlessly! They are professional, knowledgeable and very nice to deal with! I would not hesitate using them again or recommending them to friends. Thank you Shane and Max.

Finally a plumber who checks all the boxes! Shane is professional, courteous, on-time,, and competitively priced. He’s a highly skilled plumber who knows how to troubleshoot and fix any issue. I’m a realtor and have used Red Fox at my personal home, and have also referred him to my clients with great results.
