I only put 5 stars to get the public’s attention! We had a leak in our garage (not near water heater) so a spigot had to be replaced. However, the technician Mark did not inform us that he could not replace the sheet rock until after the repair was made. The technician informed us that he did not know how to do it but had a buddy that could come out a few days later for $450 and gave us his personal phone number. I contacted the company and was told that is how they work. The lady said they would have to charge us more than the initial $404.00 we already paid for the repair if we also would like to replace the sheet rock or we can just call a handyman. My husband is furious as we still have a hole in our garage. I’m just grateful it wasn’t one of our bathrooms!

Update: We were refunded $150.00 to have the Sheetrock in our garage replaced which is to complete the repair.

Just had a pleasant experience with the folks at Happi Plumbing. Had a flush/drain done on my water heater. Their Technician Robin came over at the scheduled time and performed the service. He is very pleasant and courteous, a good representative for the company.

Everything went well. Robin was our tech. He did a great job. Just an heads up, they pass along a 3.5% fee for using a credit card. Something like that should’ve been disclosed upfront not when the work is completed.

I discovered a water pipe that had broken from the cold yesterday afternoon. They sent out a service tech this morning at 8:00 a.m.. I am very thankful. They did a great job in a great time and a great rate. I highly highly recommend them.

I called two other plumbers and got no response. I called Happi Plumbing and they answered the first time and came out the next day. Enrico was prompt, pleasant and very efficient. He cleared out shower drain in no time. I highly recommend!

Had a pipe burst in our hot water heater Late in the afternoon.. They came out right away and within an hour, our problem was fixed. I was fully expecting to have to replace the water heater, and I was impressed with the technician’s honesty. He took the time to explain what the issue was and how he was going to repair it. Xiaoguang was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Got to give a shout out to Happi Plumbing and my man Rico! Great response time and communication throughout my repair. All the ladies working the phones were great (Amy, Helen, & Ruling), and my leaky shower valve was replaced the next day. Arrived on time, cleaned up afterwards, and I’m all fixed up now. This was the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. 4 homes owned over 25 years!!! My tech Serge was well experienced, and very courteous. I could only score a 5 on the review, but they deserve a 10!! I will recommend Happi Plumbing to my HOA for others in my neighborhood. I believe in sharing great opportunities!!

I’ve used this company 3–4 times in the past and had generally positive experiences, which is why this last visit was so surprising. The job involved replacing a refrigerator water shutoff valve and took under an hour, yet I was charged $600.60. Communication to job site was always solid. We’ve had lots of repairs over the years and keep the same companies.

The plumber made a rough cut in my drywall, and the materials used were minimal (well under $50). When I contacted the company, I was told a master plumber had been sent, though that level of skill wasn’t necessary for this repair. I was also told I’d receive a discount “next time” as a repeat customer. Why not discount the current job? It was insulting. I strongly recommend getting a written quote before they arrive. I generally do this for all repairs but thought between a previous leak and hot water replacement that the company had been fair. I’ve also had a cut off replaced in the past for much, much less.

Edited after resolution: The company owner reached out to me and adjusted the pricing for this job. I mentioned in my original post that this company has excellent communication. I believe this is why I was so disappointed after I reached out to them day of the service. I appreciate the quick communication and resolution!

I notified Happi online that I had a need. Plumber (Robin H.) came out to assess the same day. He explained the repair , and said he didn’t have the necessary equipment with him. Robin returned at our agreed time the next day, had my problem resolved in less than 30 mins. His repair left the faucet better/stronger than it was before it broke.
Robin H. was very polite, very efficient and pleasant in conversation.
The Happi plumbing office that I contacted was easy to work with, polite and professional. They texted me to affirm schedules/times so there would be no confusion. Would recommend Happi Plumbing. Ask for Robin H.

I was able to get service the next day. The gentleman who did my work was personable, polite, and professional. He explained the problem in a very understandable way. He answered questions that I had about some things, and even let me know that the company that my faucets are from have a lifetime warranty.
I don't feel that I can comment on price, as it has been a long time since I used a plumber.
I would recommend this company.

We had an issue with our water heater and they sent someone in just a handful of hours on the same day! Mark our technician was a life saver and was so helpful and informative. He fixed the problem quickly and was very professional. I will definitely be recommending this company and using them again in the future

Called Happi in the morning for a leaking water meter and they were able to have a tech out same day. Demontrez arrived earlier than was quoted and got right to work. They solved my issue same day and at a fair price.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Bryan and Happi Plumbing. Bryan found the problem with my slowing septic drain in my home, a root from a nearby tree had grown up under our drain creating a negative flow problem. He excavated the area, removed the root and relayed a new pipe, wye, and clean out the next day. Fabulous job done, by an absolute professional at a very fair price. I highly recommend Happi Plumbing for any plumbing issues one may encounter. Tony Sanders
