We called Albert & Son to take a look at a few issues that came back in an inspection report on a home we are purchasing. They were on-time, professional and extremely patient as we walked them through each issue on the report. Once all was said and done, they gave us a fair quote -- We did not feel we were being oversold. Once we close on the property, we will no doubt hire them to fix all remaining issues from the report.

Albert came out and replaced our water heater for $1000 less than another local plumber quoted. I called Albert because he and his son also did great work for us during our kitchen renovation in 2019. The only reason I had someone else come out was because Albert couldn't come to look on the day it started leaking, but he was out the next day with our new heater! Seriously, call these guys before you call another plumber!

I recently had a toilet replaced by Slava and an interior water valve replaced by Josh. Both trips were quick and well done. The scope of work was carefully explained to me. I was not pressured to procede with the job. I will not hesitate to use Alberta and Son for any future plumbing needs I have.

We have been using Albert & Son for our plumbing needs for years Albert now runs the behind the scenes and scheduling and Slava makes the calls. Slava is very professional, and does an excellent job. Most importantly I don't worry about him being in the house with my elderly parents.

Albert and Slava are very professional and kind people to work with. I had 2 new toilets installed in my upstairs bathrooms. They were quick to respond to my request and had it all done in a timely manner. Their workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend their services.

Highly recommend Albert!! We had a clogged toilet that we needed to get fixed quickly before hosting people at our house. Albert came out on a a Saturday morning and fixed the issue. We will definitely be calling him the next time we need plumbing services.

I can highly recommend Albert and Son Plumbing. They do an excellent job and are fair and honest. I had a shower that was squealing when running and they diagnosed it as a tub spout diverter needing replacement. This stopped the squealing and no more noisy showers. I also had them replace the valve cartridge and a hot water heater flush. They were timely and easy to communicate with.

Had a great experience with Albert and Son! They were professional, thorough, and got our bathroom back up and running in less than an hour. There prices were very fair, and I will absolutely use them next time there is a plumbing issue!

I recently purchased a new home, and learned after moving in, it dripped hot water in our down stairs shower incessantly. I have changed out a cartridge before, and I knew that's what needed to be done. I wanted know parts of that again. I called Albert and Son because at my former home they did a diagnostic for me and told me that I could save money and have the city come and fix the repair, since it was within the easement the leak was occurring. That stayed with me. They were honest and didn't even charge for time to diagnose. This time around they arrived early and fixed both my bathroom and the outside spigot. My bathroom shower faucet had seized and had to be cut off. That nearly increased the service call by half. The replacement handle part took a few days to come in, but I am glad that the technician cared enough to match the original. The only reason for the four stars, is my son made me aware that there were metal shards left all over the bottom of the shower, which proved a challenge to clean up. Overall, I would both recommend and contract them again.

Highly recommend Albert & Son Plumbing. They have come to my rescue on more than one occasion. They respond promptly and arrive quickly. Most recently, my garbage disposal was on the fritz. I was expecting to have to replace it. Josh was my technician. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He discovered that some wires had become disconnected and was able to save me the expense of a new unit. They are honest, good people. I will continue to use this company in the furniture. Their business and crew are top notch.

Solid company and I will call them again. Helpful and respectful from the first conversation to end of repair. Josh was quick show up the same day we requested service on the hot water heater that wasn’t producing hot water. He was knowledgeable and honest about the diagnosis. He shared an overview of the hot water heater and fixed it on the spot. Prices are fair and reasonable. Great customer service from initial phone call to on site repair. I highly recommend.

Had them come out for an estimate, they declined to do the work because there were open permits at the address for other work being done and they wanted nothing to do with permits. They stated they "would rather do 6-7 small jobs for better pay than spend half a day doing 1 job". A complete waste of our time! We sent multiple pictures in advance for the work that needed to be done and we told them on the phone that there was other work being done at the house. If you are not willing to do legitimate work, you should not be in business. Are these guys even licensed plumbers? Or just not permitting their work to save money? We would have paid accordingly, but they declined to even give an estimate. Sketchy to say the least.

I highly recommend Albert and Son Plumbing. Albert has done several jobs for my family for almost 20 years including installing a water heater in my daughter's home and recently installing a water heater in my home. He has always been responsive when I've reached out to him and he does good work. I highly recommend him.

Contacted Albert and sons plumbing for an issue with my kitchen faucet due to recommendations of multiple neighbors. Such a good experience. I was able to get through to him first try on the phone, he promptly returned a text back with an appointment set up. Was very professional recently priced and worked quickly.

This company really responded quickly to our plumbing leak. It was a very hard one to track down but Josh was very persistent and was able to find a cracked fitting in a wall. He showed genuine concern for us and our home and made it clear he was not leaving until got us “back-up and running”. Very refreshing in these times! Prices were very reasonable, we will use them again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

I can’t tell you how impressed I was with Albert and Son’s plumbing. Josh came out and gave me an estimate after I got a really high estimate from another supposed “good” plumbing company. Not only were they way off on price after Josh got here he found the real problem and it wasn’t what the other company said at all! Josh worked very hard to fix it and was honest and very fair in price! Now I can return the new shower handle and move forward! If you need a plumber do yourself a favor and call Albert and Sons plumbing!! You won’t be sorry!

We had Albert and Sons out to fix our water heater, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. Not only did they fail to fix the issue, they left an absolute mess and actually made the situation worse than when they arrived. The technicians were unprepared, unprofessional, and rude. This was a complete waste of time and money. If you want the job done right, I strongly recommend staying away from this company
