Great service and very professional!

They did an excellent job with a big plumbing and medical gas project in my surgical operating room. They planned out every detail so the downtime would be minimal. I appreciate all their help and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We are on a slab and we had a clog in our kitchen and laundry room drains. When plunging, I began to get sand in the sink which indicated that we might have a break in the line. It took multiple calls to plumbers and a couple of plumber visits before I called Happi. They had the right technician, Enrico and they had the needed small camera to scope the line. Good news. No break. Just egg shells. Prompt, friendly and got the job done!

Ben and Demontrez provided excellent customer service. They were friendly and knowledgeable answering any questions I had. I would definitely use Happi Plumbing again as well as recommending them to family and friends! Thumbs up 👍🏽

Happi Plumbing was courteous and helpful. They did not try to upsell me on other services like the other plumbing companies which asked about my water heater when I wanted a new gas range installed. Travis was very professional and the install went well for my new LG gas range. Family owned company that cares. Would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

This is the second time Happi Plumbing has helped me with a problem. They are my go-to people for all things plumbing. Today is Saturday and I had a problem with my hot water heater. Happi Plumbing is a professional and reliable company in Charlotte. The office always responds promptly. The technicians are nice and professional. They show up on time and keep working place clean.

My first time using this company the technician Julius was very professional. Came on time. Took care of the situation. Explained to me what was going to happen before he started. Very attentive and listened to the problems I was having and completed the job. If I ever have plumbing issues again I would definitely use this company again. Did I mention they also came out on a Sunday?!

Ben arrived right on time and it's clear he is experienced. He immediately figured out the sensor issue on the pump that handles our laundry branch. When you hire trades, you aren't hiring for just the work, you're hiring for intuition and know-how. He could have easily not shared his knowledge and made us a repeat call-out if there are future issues but instead he offered pictures and videos showing us how to fix it again if it occurs in the future. This honesty will make them our go-to plumbers moving forward. 10 out of 5 stars.

Great experience front start to finish! I submitted a request online and had a call within a couple of minutes to schedule service. Travis, our technician, arrived at the start of his window of estimated arrival and was super friendly, helpful and knowledge. Diagnosed the issue within minutes and gave us an estimate that was fair and reasonable (cross referenced per AI). He fixed it and even described a lot of things in the process for us to be aware of. He stayed to ensure all of our issues were addressed. Definitely would recommend!

This will be an odd review as I never ended up having service with this company. Essentially, we agreed on a price and the scope of work (in theory) but when it came down to it, the scope ended up being beyond their expectations. They asked for additional funds, and I refused and asked them to send my money back.

They made an effort to try and work it out, and while I personally do not feel "paying more" was fair, I also don't fault them as I don't walk in their shoes.

With that said, this is 5 stars b/c in the end, I think it's important to understand how companies handle tough situations. Yes we disagreed, yes we ended the relationship, but they were respectful the entire time, they refunded my money very quickly. Their communication is the best I've encountered so far (very very quick responders). I do wish things have gone smoother, but in the end, this is the best result of a bad situation I could ask for, and I think it's speaks to their character as a company. I'm sure others will have better luck!

Technician, Ben Lui was incredible. Courteous, kind and exhibited complete knowledge of the valve leak on our refrigerator water line. He efficiently and expertly took care of the removal and installation of the new valve. I genuinely recommend Happi Plumbing and Mr Lui if you need a plumber.

All of our technicians have been great. They have explained what the problem is, how they are going to fix it, provided estimate, and then showed me how to maintain it moving forward, and do it myself if I want. Been really pleased. Demontrez was a pleasure to chat with and did and awesome job. Highly recommended.

Another positive experience! Same day service (within hours) of call to repair of bathroom shower faucet. Call/text to follow up, update on plumber’s arrival. Estimate given before work performed with Issues and solution explained. Plumber was very helpful in answering our questions and worked efficiently. Excellent customer service from all staff. Will use Happi again for our plumbing needs!

Enrico did an excellent job replacing my old washing machine outlet box and valves, etc. The sweated copper connections called for a real plumber and Enrico was courteous and professional and very thorough. Would have him back ANYTIME. Very nice. No leaks! :)
