Rico was amazing. He had to go to Concord to get heavier equipment to do the job right. When he got back he went straight to it and totally solved our problem. It’s a very odd problem, so here’s hoping we’ll be good to go for a long while. The office staff was very efficient and did everything possible for a good outcome. I would highly recommend them.

Had a Plumbing emergency and called on a Sunday afternoon and they were there within a few hours. Demontrez was really great and thorough with helping us with a quick solution and then came back a few days later and finished the job. The whole process was very seamless and they do really great with communication. Happi Plumbing didn’t charge a fee to provide an onsite estimate, unlike several other companies we called. Our technician, Robin, showed up on time and had all items (sink/faucet/disposal) installed in less than 2 hours. Very friendly and professional. The company also gave a veteran discount which shows they appreciate our folks in uniform. We’ll use Happi Plumbing again for our future plumbing projects.

I randomly picked Happi Plumbing from Nextdoor neighbor app. We had a toilet issue and Rico was our technician. We decided to buy a new toilet and have him replace it. We are very happy.
