Not only was their work top notch, they were professional, honest, punctual, and reasonably priced. Shane replied to my texts within minutes to answer any questions or concerns I had. Shane installed two new bathroom faucets with a rebuild of the piping underneath. I honestly can’t say enough about Red Fox Plumbing! Shane and Max (father son duo❤️) are professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, punctual, and most importantly, good people. So happy I found them!!🙏🏻

Shane & team replaced a broken main water line to my house which went under a circular driveway. They did a fantastic job despite the challenges and did not have to tear up the driveway. They were timely and had good communication as to what they were doing and when they were arrive. Price was very fair. I would use them again.

Both gentlemen were professional, respectful, and kind. They were very efficient and cleaned up under old toilet before placing a new one on. They even checked our pipes and answered all our questions. We will definitely use Red Fox plumbing again. I highly recommend their services. They even put shoe covers on to protect my floors. I had an outstanding experience with Red Fox Plumbing in Matthews. Shane and Max were fantastic; professional, communicative, and efficient. They booked me in immediately and replaced my new toilet (that I supplied) for just $380. In contrast, another reputable company, WyattWorks Plumbing, had quoted me almost $1,300 for the same job. WyattWorks was professional and kind, but the price disparity was striking! Shane and Max assured me my flapper was fine and didn’t upsell unnecessary work. Their integrity and fair pricing set them apart. This is the value of a local, family-owned business who are professional, gracious, and honest. I even tried to tip, but they wouldn’t take it! I hired Red Fox Plumbing to install an Automatic Shut-off Valve in my house. Shane and his son Max were great to work with and I highly recommend them for installation services. They were:

Transparent with pricing - while most companies in the area wanted to charge me a service fee to give me a quote, Red Fox gave me a firm quote for the project for free based on some pictures I sent them, and they didn't upcharge me after I hired them for the job.

Professional - they did an excellent job with the install and cleaned up the work area after the install was complete;

Knowledgeable - they knew about this valve, brand, and everything that needed to be done to install it correctly.

Communicative - they were easy to schedule and they were reasonably on time. Just a heads up, they use an AI assistant for scheduling, but Shane monitors scheduling regularly and confirms appointments once they are set.

Alex was very professional. I was pleasantly surprised that he visited the site himself and sent me pics of the leak after receiving the address, even before I could go there to meet him. His team started the work on the promised date and finished it on time. Charges were reasonable. They had to dig a large hole to get to the leak but upon completion, you couldn’t tell that a major work was performed at the site. Overall, a great customer experience.

I called Direct Service Plumbing for an estimate on my water heater because of a leak. Alex came out the same night, which to me was surprising because now a days you have to wait for a while for someone to come. He looked at everything and gave me an estimate for the repairs that needed to be done. A few days later, I told him to put me on their schedule for the repairs to be done. They came out the next day to do the repairs. MIKE, the technician, gave me a heads up in advance that he is coming and did all the work promptly, professional and in a timely manner. So overall, I would recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing issues, and if I ever need a plumber, I will call them again. Thank guys.

I needed a Irrigation Backflow Capped and removed form the Charlotte Water registry. I called multiple places and this place picked up the phone fast and answered all the questions I had regarding the service I was looking for.

The sent a plumber to complete the service and he was fast and clean. Once the install was completed they sent the information to Charlotte Water for a follow up inspection service.

When an issue arose with the inspection I was worried a bit , however their response was so fast and professional. It was fixed and reinspected within an hour and I really felt like they had things under control.

Highly recommended to anyone needing a professional, prompt and accurate Plumbing service!

We had a leak and Alex and his team responded quickly. They came out the next day and replaced the broken pipes. They solved the problem shortly. Since then Alex has done a few other jobs for our house. We needed a main water shutdown valve in the house and he was able to add that with no issues. Also, he and his team did a great job removing our water heater tank and replacing it with a tankless water heater. I highly recommend Direct Service Plumbing!
