We had a dishwasher that leaked and warped the floor boards so we called Chuck at Falls Contracting. They took care of everything... They scheduled the estimating, demo, ordering, install all around our hectic schedule. They co-ordinated with the insurance company in a fastidious way and everyone I talked to treated me as if we were their only job. Pat was one of the guys that made a few trips to our house and he always left it nicer and cleaner than how he found it. They did such a good job it made the other imperfections really stand out. Because our floor looks so good I have to hire painters of the same caliber to make the walls look just a nice for our open house. Thanks Chuck, Pat and the rest of the team!

I had water damage in my kitchen from a leaking valve. My insurance agent provided a list of contractors and I decided to go with Falls Contracting. I worked with Marc, Marvin, but mostly with Steven. All were professional and pleasant to work with. Steven kept me informed of the next steps in the mitigation/restoration process, was willing to answer my questions and patiently worked with me to pick out new flooring. I highly recommend Falls Contracting.

Big thanks to Chuck, the owner, and his team! They were awesome start to finish. We had a lot of water damage from an upstairs toilet that ran all night and water ran all through the downstairs causing a ton of damage. Stephen was the lead guy on the project and his team, Marvin and Elias, they were all great to work with. Every one of them were very respectful, accommodating, and informative. Learned quite a bit in the process. Stephen showed me how they detect moisture in between floors/walls using an infrared camera and where they would have to tear out next and dry out. Cool stuff! In the past, some contractors have made my girlfriend a little uneasy. That was not the case at all with these guys. I will definitely use these guys for any construction/repair projects I have in the future.

We love our updated kitchen that Falls did for us. They listened to what we were looking for, and made our space look fabulous. THe estimate and final price were almost identical. The whole team was great to work with, responded in a timely manner to our inquiries, and worked with us on any questions we had.

Very pleasant experience working with BGC contractors. After a storm went through, we found missing shingles on our yard. We contacted BGC for advice and they quickly arranged an inspection with our insurance company. Regional manager Ryan was very helpful and informative, we didn’t have to worry about making time to meet with the adjuster, that was taken care of and scheduled for us. The next day we were notified that our roof was approved for a full replacement! We were provided with plenty of roof samples to choose from and once we found one we liked, we were contacted by the scheduling team and arranged a day for the work to be completed. We were worried that we would have to wait a long time for the crew to come out but they were able to schedule is the week after our inspection was complete. The crew came out on the scheduled day, and the crewmen were so nice. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up all debris from our yard, none of our landscaping was damaged and the yard was left in perfect condition. An overall great experience choosing BGC contractors!

I hired BGC to install a new roof on my house and I am extremely pleased with the entire process and the end result. Every employee from beginning to end was highly professional, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. At a time when customer service seems to be a thing of the past, BGC was a great surprise and my roof is beautiful! I highly recommend BGC.

BGC expert contractors has replaced several roofs for us on various rental properties. They have done an outstanding job! Daniel is wonderful to work with and is an excellent communicator!

Andrew inspected our roof and found numerous spots of hail damage on the roof and gutters. He met with the insurance adjuster and they agreed with his review. BGC did a great job installing the new roof and gutters. Andrew provided with samples (real samples) and left them with us for a week to decide on the color. Everything looks great. BGC also have the highest certifications from GAF for installers which is great to know.

BGC did a really good job in replacing my roof. I was denied by nationwide in 2021, Bilal help me in 2023 to help with the claim and he represented me for the adjuster meeting. And finally they approved the roof for full replacement. I’ll recommend BGC to anyone who wants to get there roof replacement and I guarantee they will help you with everything.

Sep 2024 - We had our roof replace with BGC in Spring 2020, the installation process was good. Now 4 plus years after, we just noticed a leak, and it was due to missing pieces of roof - with the rain today - it is starting to drizzle in my dining room. I called BGC yesterday and no response yet. Waiting to hear back - will update my experience.

Update Oct 2024 - the company sent someone to fix the issue last week - prior to Hurricane Helene, and afterwards - looks like the leak has been fixed (No leaking from the rain towards the end of last week - fingers crossed). So this week the painters were here and fixing the wall in my dining room and laundry room.
I wanted to add - our previous experience with the PM Dan White during the installation was very good - we were pleased. This time the fix was done and I was told they will guarantee their work. It help with confidence. *Fingers Crossed*

The entire team at BGC was phenomenal to work with, but want to give a shout out to Garret especially! He answered all my calls at all times of the day and was spot on with helping me understand everything going on. I highly recommend BGC if you are looking to have your roof replaced!
