Onofrio sent out some guys today that helped me fix my stuck front door. The HOA had sent people out before who did shoddy work arounds without actually solving the issue. I'm unsure of the names of the fellas who came out today but they did outstanding work and I am very happy to have a functional, working door again! Will keep them in mind for future repairs!

Working with OCI has been a pleasure over the last 4 years. Their quality is consistent and their pricing is fair. When dealing with contractors for HOAs, great communication and honesty are the best one could ask for and OCI exudes both. If something is not up to par they are back on site as soon as possible to correct it. You don’t find customer service like that everywhere and I consider myself lucky to get to work with a company with such integrity. I highly recommend this company for any projects, and even recommend them to my personal friends when they have home projects!

My HOA uses Onofrio Construction for building repairs. As a new HOA homeowner I requested a look into a siding issue around my chimney. The quote took about two weeks, but once approved the repair was scheduled promptly. Luke arrived on the scheduled day and was fully qualified to evaluate the problem and repair it. He informed me of the issue as he saw it, confirmed he saw no rot or hidden additional damage and completed the work efficiently. He was friendly and willing to answer all my many questions. He went above and beyond to clean two gutters that were full of pine needles while he was on my roof. I really appreciated that. I look forward to my next encounter with Onofrio.

Let me start by saying I love our new sliding patio door! A big thank you to Collin (project manager) for the open and honest communication throughout the entire process. John and Luke I can't thank the two of you enough for the great job you did installing the door. I know this old house presented the two of you with some problems but your knowledge and perseverance got the job done! I was stressed...moisture intrusion is a real problem and few know how to solve it. I had 3 other "contractors" come by and they all said the leak was caused by different things. OCI was the only one to find where the leak was originating from and stop it. I will always call OCI first.
