We had a great experience with Hardin Sigmon and his team! We are very happy with our partial bathroom remodel from the start to finish and with painting of two rooms. Reached out for a full deck replacement, screened porch addition and a new exterior sliding door. After three months of “we’re still working on your estimate”, I finally gave up. Apparently my job wasn’t worth their time.

We had Sigmon do a pretty extensive remodel for us and couldnt be happier, they did a fantastic job, it really looks stunning. They handled everything with care and professionalism, I recommend them very highly!

Outstanding workmanship and they take pride in their work. Customer service at its’ best! I would highly recommend them for all your construction needs. Fair/Honest/Timely/Quality are words I would use to describe Sigmon Construction.

Jeff and his crew coordinated a flooring update, along with other home repair projects over the past few months. Excellent work and wonderful customer service!

Sigmon Construction handled a major renovation (kitchen, bath, fireplace, powder room, pantry, etc) of a condo we purchased early in 2025. We worked with them for 3 months, finalizing the plans, costs and timelines, and the next 3 months were the tear out and replace/rebuild process.
They were absolutely great to work with!!! We love our new place, and feel that the time invested in the design and plans up front was worth the speed and effectiveness of the project completion at the end. It was 'on time' and 'in budget'.
John worked with us and our designer in the 3 month design phase and was able to show us 3d renditions of every room we were modifying. Down to paint colors, cabinet style, etc. He had super ideas and was great at identifying potential issues and solving them.
During the execution phase, Bill (our project manager) was top notch, managing all the many and varied efforts (and issues) involved in turning our condo into the stylish, cozy and spacious area we now live in. We are very thankful to him...
They worked well at the complex, honoring all the condo rules and regulations. This was key to us as well!
All in all, it was a fabulous experience with them and my husband and I highly recommend them to everyone we talk to who is thinking of any type of build or renovation.
We're in the warranty period now, and they've been great in tending to any issues we've discovered as we've been living here now. (not many issued, but all tended to in a timely fashion).
Can't say enough good things about them.

They told me what they were going to do and did more than they said they would. Their crew did an excellent job and the worksite looked fantastic once they were done. Citadel and David were great! They helped me file a claim and get the roof replacement covered. The job done was very professional and looks great. If you have an older roof, I recommend giving Citadel a call to come check out if you can submit a claim.

Like many people I had put off dealing with roof issues. Luckily, I chose to work with Nick Capps at Citadel roofing. I had found a few shingles I on the ground and a dreaded what that meant. Nick and team came to take a look and indeed the shingles came from my roof. There were additional signs of hail damage from a previous storm.

If you have any concerns about your roof don't hesitate to reach out to them and have them assess the situation. The longer you wait the more potential damage that can occur to your house.

Nick was very responsive to messages and shared other locations they had worked on so I could see what roof colors would look like. That was huge helping me figure out what color to choose. He was also very patient and answered all the questions that I had.

Nick and team worked well with the insurance company, going on the roof when the adjuster visited and applying for supplements after the roof was completed.

The team was very diligent when putting on the roof and they made sure to cover the deck, shrubs, etc. They even moved things out of the way that I forgot to move away from the house which I really appreciated.

It is so wonderful to have a new roof and it looks great 😍🤩😍.

So grateful for the help and hard work by Citadel replacing my roof.

We met JR and Alex who identified the need for new roofing after a January storm. They were exceptionally professional and their customer service was prompt. They worked with our insurance company to facilitate the process. The roofing team did a great job. I was especially pleased with their after action cleanup.

Never having filed a property damage claim, was dreading doing so for storm damage on roof. After meeting with Citadel representative (Max, very polite, outgoing and knowledgeable young man), this stress was alleviated. Max did damage inspection, helped me with filing claim, provided info to adjustor, brought shingle samples, and was here when roofing crew came. Hobbs of Citadel also worked with us on scheduling as the weather and some appointments had to be worked around. He was very accommodating. The crew worked hard and managed to get it done in one day, including cleanup. Max did a final followup inspection the next day and wanted to be sure we were satisfied, which we were. Overall good experience!

I have a new high quality roof on my home thanks to Nick and his staff at Citadel Contracting. All aspects of the job from processing my claim through the insurance company through the installation were thoroughly explained as I had many questions. I had the opportunity to select from a variety of high quality shingles and the Citadel Contracting crew completed the installation in a little over one day. Nick took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and worked with the claims adjuster in order to provide me with a great looking roof that I will have for years to come. It was a most pleasurable experience working with Nick and Citadel Contracting and I give them my highest recommendation for anyone in the market for roofing contracting services.
