They got it all covered starting from working with the Insurance claim advisor to getting the claim approved to offering a range of shingle choices to getting the job done in a very efficient manner. After every roof in my mom’s neighborhood in Greensboro had hail damage, the calls from roofers were non-stop. Just by chance, we selected Chris Gunn from Citadel Contracting to stop by to assess the damage. He was on time, polite and professional. He made a quick inspection, took some pictures, and confirmed we had significant hail damage. We decided to move forward and Chris was very helpful with the insurance claim process, and was very flexible in scheduling the work to accommodate our travel plans. Once a start date was set, the work was completed, as promised, in two days. They took extra care to protect an extensive garden area around the house and carport. Chris was basically on site the entire time, and took good care of our property, and his crew, on two very hot days.  He proved to be very knowledgeable and was willing to answer all my questions. I was impressed that he was all about doing the job right, not what was easiest or just good enough. Clean up was thorough, the garden was undamaged, and the roof looked great. Highly recommended.

Citadel was suggested when our roof suffered wind damage. Hobbs came by, created an estimate, submitted it to our insurance, and replaced our roof. What a great crew and fast service!

I cannot recommend them enough. I've had two separate jobs done by them, and both times they were professional, friendly, and did a great job start to finish. (I still haven't found a single nail in my yard.)

Extra credit goes to Alex P. the project manager. He's knowledgeable, fair, and makes sure everything is done to the satisfaction of the customer. He also went out of his way many times to check things for us.

I highly recommend Citadel Contacting Co. Navigating a hail claim with my insurance company was a stressful process but Alex, the project manager did an excellent job. He handled every for us. The communication was excellent throughout the entire project. Every time I had questions, he responded right back. We were very happy with Citadel Contracting, Our yard was left spotless, with no debris or nails left behind. Our new roof looks sooo great.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with ERS Construction. Dylan was my project manager and he and the team were nothing but professional throughout our entire experience. He helped solved a tricky problem with water leakage around our window. I would be happy to rehire them for future projects.

ERS fixed a leak in our sunroom roof that was caused by incorrectly applied flashing - quick, polite, good price, and on time. Lyle and Dylan are both very friendly and helpful as well. They're my go-to for home repairs now.

Dylan came out to assess the leak in my ceiling and was able to determine the cause of the problem. He was amazingly thorough and explained everything. He provided me with options and never pushed for pricier solutions. His team came out a few days later and fixed the problem very quickly and professionally.
