We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with ERS! We wanted to enclose the bottom of our porch and could not be happier with the results. Dylan and Kaz were incredibly helpful helping us understand our options, offering suggestions, and explaining the process to us. Hector did an excellent job keeping us informed on progress and schedule. From the ease of scheduling with Emily to the installation crew we could not be happier with the final product.They will certainly be our first call for any similar projects in the future.

It was a pleasure working with ERS Construction. The leak in my roof was fixed and it was just in a nick of time before the terrible winter weather hit to cause more damage. The roofer was very pleasant and finished the work within 2 days. I would definitely recommend ERS Construction for roof repairs!

The assignment was to tear down a dilapidated 10’ x 10’ deck and construct a new one that spans from one corner of the house to the opposite corner. I envisioned a screened section, an open section with a roof, and a small, open area for grilling. Additionally, I wanted a set of double windows removed and replaced with a sliding glass door, as well as the replacement of an old backdoor and storm door.

Throughout the entire process, the ERS team proved to be an exceptional team to work with. Dylan and Coz diligently helped bring my ideas to life and designed the deck of my dreams. Daniel and his team then brought the design to life, ensuring effective communication and clear expectations at every step. Lyle, Dylan, and Coz regularly checked in to ensure my satisfaction throughout the project. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns I had, making this experience far exceed my expectations. I highly recommend the ERS team for any deck construction project.

They inspected our old deck and it was decided that we needed a new one for safety of us and our children and they helped us with quotes for every design we were thinking of and even offered their insights. When it came time to build the deck they kept us in the loop the whole time and the crew was super nice. After seeing them walk on the deck as they were still building it we knew that not only is their work solid but they trust it. Our kids had a blast watching them build our deck. The attention to detail that they had with the construction really stood out to us with them sanding down the handrails and rounding them so it wouldn’t be a hard corner was the cherry on top. If we ever need work again we will be calling them.

We had a full front porch with a roof built and are really happy with how it turned out. Daniel was our product manager and did a great job coordinating everything and keeping the project moving with all the different vendors.

The quality of the work at every stage was excellent, and it’s clear the porch was built to last. A few small issues came up along the way (which is totally normal for a project this size), but they were handled quickly and professionally.

The finished porch looks even better than we expected. The triangular gable in the center and the three wood pillars give it so much character, and they also repaired some siding with wood so everything looked clean and ready for paint/stain. We were able to have some changes done during the project such as adding electrical and ceiling fans. Daniel even added mulch at the end himself, which was such a nice extra touch.

Great family-owned business. Would definitely recommend!

If you are looking for a designer and contractor in one that thinks outside of the box and delivers extraordinary results, look no further than Constructive Design Group. If you're looking for a run of the mill project that looks like everyone else's, this is not the company for you.

If you need an example of extraordinary, take a look at the finished project on the home page of their website. That is our new pavilion and we could not be more ecstatic with the results and this space. It's incredibly warm, inviting and a great place to entertain. They hit it out of the park. If the temperatures weren't in the teens right now we'd be out there every day.

We had a few other contractors provide renderings of an extended patio in our back yard, but one of them ghosted us twice and the others came back with underwhelming ideas. We decided to keep looking and came upon some of their projects on Instagram. They were exactly who we were looking for to bring our vision to life.

When Bryan showed us the initial rendering we were blown away, but skeptical that it would look like the pictures. We couldn't have been more wrong. Bryan truly has incredible vision and his team executes on it with precision and passion!

Communication throughout the project was great. We started a text chain with Bryan and his team right from the start. This was a welcome addition to email because the responses were prompt and allowed us to rectify issues, get clarification on things, ask for changes or add-ons etc., quickly. It was our preferred an most used method of communication, which we appreciated.

Bryan and his team would also do in-person check-ins throughout the project to make sure we were happy, or when they wanted to present an unexpected change. Elena and Ashley are fabulous to work with and helped keep things on track. They even rolled up their sleeves numerous times and went to work.

If you're looking for a truly unique space that you can be sure you'll never see when you walk into anyone else's backyard, we highly recommend you work with Constructive Design Group. Maybe we'll we'll see you one day when they bring you over to show you ours.

CDG did a small project for me some time ago (fire pit & sitting area). They were very prompt & provided a detailed design & estimate before starting the work. I recommend CDG for your landscape design needs and I plan to use them again for some other projects for my yard!

Constructive Design Group has designed, installed, and enhanced multiple retaining walls at my house as well as come up with a comprehensive plan to redesign my entire back yard patio area. Their vision for success and beautiful design differentiates them from other landscape/hardscape companies, along with the best customer care around.

They started out great. Responsive and helpful. Until we had a conversation on budget. Then they stopped responding to communications. Very disappointing. Edited to 4 stars: Bryan and Elena did reach back out to me, took responsibility for the drop in communication, sincerely apologized, and provided a very timely and thorough onsite consultation. Our design plan is pending, but I have no doubt it will be lovely and functional. I could have deleted my original (negative) review but I kept it up because there is value in recognizing great customer service after a misstep.

We just re-sodded our backyard (which was in dire shape) and Constructive Design was in charge of the project. They came early, worked quickly and efficiently and did a tremendous job; we can actually entertain now without being embarrassed! Based on our experience, I would highly recommend CD for any project needs.

My wife and I built the house of our dreams and moved in Dec 2014. And even though we had everything we wanted inside, the outside was a lacking focal point and we knew we wanted to get a bit of work done as soon as possible. We reviewed this with a handful of contractors to ultimately decide who was gonna make this happen for us. We decided on Constructive Design Group, BECAUSE they were one of the most competitive and the most professional. Everything from edgers, nursery, edgers, design, firepit, etc. It was done surprisingly quick with attention to detail. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND CDG and Bryan to anyone that wants to improve their outdoor living area.

Don't waste your time "shopping" around or looking for the cheapest one out there. I've already had a number of my neighbors go with CDG based on my experience and project completed.

Can’t say enough good things about Bryan and his crew. They took our disaster of a back yard and turned it into a beautiful, functional and useable space. Constructive Design Group was great to work with for my SuperSod installation. Communication was good, professional, and timely. The team worked hard on prepping the yard for installation and worked really fast laying the sod so I could start watering. They pressure washed the driveway so that it looked like they never were there besides the beautiful sod installed. Great job!
