EXT Construction has been doing our flooring for almost 4 years now. Troy and Jason do an excellent job with scheduling, communication and details. Their knowledge of products really help put my customers at ease when deciding on new flooring. EXT Construction replaced our roof and did an exceptional job! Our roof is large, steep and complicated, but the EXT crew performed flawlessly. They worked two full days from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM with all appropriate safety gear and precautions and protected our landscaping as well! Couldn’t be happier with our new roof and highly recommend EXT for any exterior needs. They did a great job replacing our deck too!

We had a fantastic experience with EXT Construction. From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with, especially when it came to helping us choose the perfect shingle color. We were shocked (in the best way) by how quickly they got us scheduled, and the entire roof was done in less than a day and a half.

The job that was done by Shelton and his team was to great standards. We had carpet replaced and are very happy with the outcome. We have used Shelton multiply times at our apartment complex.

Gilberto was recommended by my friend from EXT Construction. This firm does great work and this experience was no different! I have had several hardwood floor installations from two other companies, and this was by far the smoothest and the most brilliant outcome. I am grateful for the recommendation.
The color is lush and rich, and the change is so dramatic. I have provided Gilbert’s/EXT Construction contact, to several friends who asked when they saw the floor. Also, this magic happened with a very short timeline because Gilberto came through. He showed up on time and completed the carpet removal, installation and staining within 2 days; and completed the multiple sealant coats, within 3 days. Total 5 days. I want to add that Gilberto worked on Saturday to meet the timeline and that was a gift. I am already planning my next flooring project. This time I will be able to plan so the timeline won’t be as tight, and of course, I will absolutely call Gilberto and EXT Construction. I wish I could post my pictures, but do not see that option here.

Workers spend to much time on their phones and does not work efficiently.

David & Team helped me from a distance...I was 250 miles away during the entire repair / rebuild. He worked with insurance, contractors, suppliers, and was awesome. Was a great choice for us.
