I recently purchased a home and had Rodas do a roof inspection before the close. Chris was extremely professional and took his time to help explain to me how the replacement and financing process works. He also was able to show evidence the roof had previously been power washed, and ultimately we were able to negotiate a lower purchasing price on the home given the damage to the roof.

Sure enough, a couple weeks after moving in there was a big storm which led to water leaking at multiple flashings. When I reached back out to Chris and told him about the leak and that I wanted to proceed with the replacement, he helped work us into the schedule asap and we had a new roof in just over a week. Chris is an upstanding guy who was there to help me anytime I had a question throught the process. It was a stressful time given the leaks, and I really appreciate the help he provided. He's a huge reason I went with Rodas over the other companies I spoke with about replacement.

The roof looks great and they were able to complete it in one day. They were ontop of everything. They provided good, quick work and illustrated they are committed to getting it right - they even plan to come back out and adjust a few sections to ensure I am satisfied with the final product.

After the roof install, Moses came out two days later to install gutters and downspouts and is a true craftsman, definitely get the 6 inch gutters.

The project as a whole went great as communication, quality and timeliness were all ideal. I will certainly consider them as a general contractor in the future for my projects.

Had Rodas Construction replace my roof. Excellent service at a great price. Chris did an inspection, provided photos and feedback on various issues he found. He was in constant contact throughout the process and came by after to clean up and inspect the work. When I look for a contractor, communication is a big deal to me. Highly recommend.

Best on estimates, time, cleanliness, and follow-ups. Contracted Rodas Construction for floor removal and install, excellent job removing existing floors and installing new. What was exceptional was the follow up to make sure all was well with the install. Based on performance, used them again to strip and re-stain stairs, another exceptional performance. They are now our go to construction firm for all our needs.

It has been a true pleasure to work with Chris!! He has been utterly professional, prompt and thorough as well as being very polite and respectful. The roof replacement was scheduled and done within a weeks time. The clean up after was wonderful and the roof looks great! But the most impressive part of the whole process was Chris and how he has handled this whole thing including working with our insurance company. It’s as if he is personally invested in us and our home. We could not have asked more from him! He’s the best!!

Got my roof changed by Chris & Rodas construction. They did a great job! They did everything they told me they would ahead of time when we planned the roof replacement. His construction crew was efficient and worked quickly finishing the roofing job on my main house, garage and bonus room in a days time. Afterwards they cleaned up and you could hardly tell the big job they had completed had even been done except for the nice looking new roof. I would definitely recommend Chris and Rodas construction if you ever are in need a roof replacement.

This review is very overdue! This company went above and beyond for me when I needed repair done to my home last year. This team is very professional and trustworthy. I told the owner that the reason I chose them was because of their reviews and I am glad I did . Everyone was exceptionally helpful from Chris coming out the same day to assess the damages to our home. John going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Rodas Construction was an amazing company to use! Chris helped us to pick out the right siding for our house and even gave us a sample to help with the decision process. He worked with us to fit the project in our budget and gave excellent recommendations for what kind of work needed to be done. John and Carlos were part of the work team and they were very diligent and detail oriented. Rodas is an amazing company. Cole Faulkner gave us so much time and attention during the decision-making process, from assessing and measuring our roof to create the most accurate estimate possible, to giving advice on old leaks, and even assessing the roof of a detached building, which we also replaced. Cole and the whole Rodas team communicated timely and clearly. The crew who replaced our roof were also amazing--fast, professional, and very good at cleaning up after the job. The entire experience was positive and my wife and love our new roof and are so glad we chose Rodas to do the work!

Rodas Construction helped us expand our living room by tearing down a screened-in porch (that we didn’t use). Enrique and Steve sent in different teams that were experts in their fields: demolition, foundation, framing, drywalls, electrical work, painting and new hardwood flooring. Rodas Construction provided professional and quality service from the quoting of the project through each step to the finished product. Their personnel are trained and very knowledgeable about the GAF products and installation procedures. They offer the GAF integrated products for both durability and longevity but also to qualify for extended term and transferrable warranty. Rodas has installed roofs on two houses for me and I am very pleased and would recommend them.
In addition, they replaced a deck to my home which was done with quality materials and workmanship.
They also stand behind their work as a minor issue needed to be corrected and they sent a skilled workman on a 6 hour round trip to make the repair.
We have been very pleased with their work and have recommended them to others.

I am super happy with the job done by Rodas! We had our roof replaced. From the three estimates we got theirs was the best one. Chris was very professional and gave us all the details about the whole process. They were able to squeeze us in their busy summer schedule and did the whole roof in one day. They left the place very clean too. Totally recommend!

Chris was so easy to work with! He was available to answer all my questions at any point in the process. He was professional and courteous, along with being really responsive. He even helped me with other ideas to make my home more beautiful on the outside!!

His guys came and completely replaced the entire roof in ONE day!! And, they cleaned up so good, that I didn’t even know they had been there!!

Rodas has done roof repairs and full reroofing jobs at our home. They are of the highest workmanship and stand behind their work. You cannot ask for a better roofer.

Had a large two-level deck redone. They did a great job, on time every day and did a great clean-up afterwards. I highly recommend them. Had a lot of nice comments on the new deck.

I start with the positive! The sunroom is beautiful! The finished product is what we hoped for. The problem is, It took almost 11 1/2 months to complete the 13X29 project. The leadership people did not stay up on anything. Getting the permit to build took almost 4 months. It seemed like “we’ll get to your small project when we finish the big job.” There was very little, very little communication with the supervisor. As I said, 11 1/2 months. I would not use this company again.
