Fantastic experience. Rex Construction was fast and efficient. Needed roof reshingled. Day of job, me and my wife depart for work before 7a. Around 5p when we returned home we had an entire new roof already done, construction crew had already cleaned up and left. Couldn’t ask for better, quick, quality work.

Rex Construction definitely is NOT "just another roofing company"! The attention and level of service, whether you are speaking with Nick, Zach, or Nate, is beyond worthy of a 5-star rating. They were responsive every step of the way, especially in helping us manuever sometimes vague instructions from our insurance company. The roof itself was installed in a day--Rex definitely runs a tight and experienced crew!--and we've experienced zero issues throughout all the subsequent rains. Cleanup and followup were just as thorough.
Aside from the work done on our house, Nick and Nate worked quickly to address and fix issues that another company caused at my parents' house; this display and mix of kindness and professionalism seals our wholehearted endoresement of Rex Construction!

Rex did the little things such as tarp my attic to keep debris off of our stored items, and walked the yard multiple times for nails. Looks great and completed quickly. Rex construction was great to work with!!! They were so professional through every encounter. The work Luis did for us (painting and trim work) was flawless. He had amazing attention to detail and did not overlook the smallest detail. I was especially impressed with his concern for keeping the rest of my house clean from sanding and paint, as I have 2 small children. I would highly recommend rex construction and would definitely utilize their services again.

Rex Construction replaced our whole roof, from the beginning talk to the salesman and all the processing to deal with our insurance company was smooth and fast. On the day they replaced the roof came early in the morning and finished around 3, Many workers work together and get the job done quick and good, professional. Workers clean up well after finished all the job. Definitely will refer this company to friends.

Rex was fantastic! They walked us through the whole process from start to finish and made it so easy. They did a free inspection and found some issues and then helped us communicate with our insurance company to get it paid for. We worked with Zach and he was responsive and really helpful the whole time.

REX Construction was the most professional company that knocked on my door and explained the real need for a roof replacement. I had no less than 6 other companies approach me about a roof replacement, but none were as straightforward as Nick. He took the time to help with the insurance company and any technical questions I had. He and the other project managers actually spent time at our house, and didn’t just leave the work crew here by themselves. I fully recommend REX to anyone who wants a great job done right and at a reasonable cost.

I had my roof replaced while I was out-of-town so all correspondence was done via phone, text, and email. They worked with me through the entire process (estimates and insurance), and construction was completed much quicker than I expected. I couldn't have asked for better clean-up. They are are very professional company and delivered what was promised. My neighbor also had her roof replaced based on my experience!

From the initial phone call until completion of the job, Zach stayed in touch while we "patiently" waited for our insurance company to do their thing. Zach was very involved with every step of the process. His team arrived when they said they would and the job was completed ahead of schedule...including a very detailed clean-up. Cannot say enough about the personalized service with such a happy (yes the team had smiles even on one of the hottest days of the year), and professional team! I have a few more projects coming up and will be working with Rex Construction again in the near future! P.S. Give Rex some scratches and belly rubs from us! We enjoyed meeting him as well!

I had a great experience with Rex Construction! As a fairly new homeowner, Nick and Zach answered all of my questions and helped quite me through the process of filing an insurance claim and getting all necessary documentation in place. Their roofers worked very hard and were able to complete my roof in one day. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

This was a great company to work with. I interviewed many different roofing companies over a couple of years, but I never felt totally comfortable with or confident about a company until Rex. I had a ton of questions, and they were always very patient with me and got back to me quickly. They weren’t pushy when we needed to postpone our new roof for just a bit. They genuinely seemed to care about my family and also giving us the best roof and overall experience. With each phone call or in person meeting, I could always see that this was an honest and ethical company that really cared about doing a superior job from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I loved Rex Construction! They were extremely professional, on time, and helped me through the entire insurance process. The quality of my new roof is great! I've heard of roofing companies that take all day and then leave nails in your yard. They were on time and done by the early afternoon. I didn't see one nail or shingle in my yard after. They did everything that they told me in advance that they would. I have several friends that have used them too. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I live in Georgia and have a rental home in durham, North Carolina. We had roof damage due to two recent storms. Nick from Rex construction approached us about redoing the roof. With his assistance, we were able to get some coverage from our insurance company. He worked closely with us to pick out a color and a time to do the work. They cleaned up after themselves and the house looks like it was brand new. Would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof
