25 years of tile installations with Betts Designs LLC I say this is a great place to get thinset ....
-
The process was convenient and well organized.

I was talked into buying a new LED fixture instead of a replacement fluorescent bulb. True, the new light will last forever, and will save us money in the long run, but it was a pain to install, and has one major drawback: when you turn on the light switch, there's a one second delay before the light comes on. We're going to have to live with that for the rest of our lives.

Since purchasing my first house last month I've found myself in a Home Depot nearly every week. The staff at this location are especially helpful and friendly. I had an electrical issue, and the store's electrician gave me a call and walked me through the repair over the phone at no cost. I spent about $6 on parts to change out a bad light switch. The cheapest quote I got from an electrician was $150. While I can't tackle every project in my home myself, the help from Home Depot has definitely helped me get some projects done I thought I'd never be capable of and that saves me a ton of money. The store even holds free classes that you can sign up for online. In a couple hours I learned how to repair a hole in dry wall and it didn't cost me a penny! Great store, excellent prices (they even beat Amazon on a handful of items I checked), and friendly staff.

Too long to complete the project and the price was too high. The project was completed after dark and so the finishing (caulking) was difficult for the workman to see adequately, was done poorly and and needs to be re caulked by me.

The process was simple and painless. I appreciate the Home Depot Team and Romanoff who installed the floors. Great work and we are very happy. Thanks

Do not rent an aerator from this location. They are not equipped to properly service or maintain their rental equipment. We made a reservation, but the machine we received had issues with both the chain and the throttle. The same problem happened last year, although at that time we were able to exchange it for another one.
When we returned the aerator this time, there were no replacements availabl, yet we saw at least four other units also out of service with no staff available to repair them.
Recommendation: Save yourself the frustration and rent from the Knightdale location instead. Do not waste your time here. -
I purchased a residential backyard fence and installation project from Home Depot and a contractor. Things started out as expected, but the troubles soon began. After I had paid the full cost of the fence project, the contractor disappeared for two months without any communication, even after I sent multiple emails requesting an update on the project. I had to go back to Home Depot to figure out what happened to the contractor. At first, Home Depot wouldn't help me because their account management system had replaced my name with someone else's name on my account by mistake. This turned into a 2 hour headache to diagnose and to this day, they haven't been able to fix it. They get 2 stars because they managed to find my fence project in their flawed system, and I suppose they called the contractor, because I finally received an email from them.

The carpet installation was phenomenal! The installation was perfect. The installers were so respectful and took great care with protecting my home. They worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Home depot for flooring based on my experience!

Home Depot took months to get their shit together to finally get this install installed Without any updates or contact, I had to visit the store multiple times because when I called, nobody knew what I was talking about.
As far as the installer, he was great proficient and professional did an amazing job offered Great customer service. I would definitely use him again and advise anybody who buys a door from you to have him install it. RLTW! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 -
Their installation promise for quartz countertops is a downright lie. "10 days" promosed quickly became 25. Do not trust them.

They were on time, polite and did an amazing job

I order a refrigerator and it took almost three months to get it, they bought me the wrong one. And the second time it was damaged., then I had to wait another two weeks to get it. Up until today I have not got an apology from no body in management. It was not good customer service. The only persons who was nice was Jeanie the department supervisor

Water heater goes out on Friday morning of 1/23, I called Home depot in the afternoon, was contacted by ARS moments later, said they would have a tech come by between 6 and 9pm, to assess and install. So at about 8 that night i got a call from ARS saying they were tied up with calls and they'd send a person between 8-12 the next day. Tech showed up and said we needed a new water heater. and it would not be until 1/27 that they be able to. That's not what i was initially told! So the entire weekend of the Ice storm, no hot water and limited power. On 1/27 the water heater was installed, but due to something with the installer not having all the parts to complete th job, we had to go another day with no hot water! I've cooled down, but not happy! 4,169.88 for a water heat to be installed and having to water through freezing temps to get it installed. NOT HAPPY!
