Poor customer service. I paid $240 for a job that only took them less than 30 minutes. It was after hours so I had agreed to the cost. Now 5 days later I am having the same issue and they want to charge me the same amount again. Being very greedy! Shame on you!

Walter Dubucki, is the man, replaced my water heater, super service at great price.

10/10 experience. Called on a Thursday to ask for Backflow testing to be done. Cindy answered my questions before I could ask them. Knowledgeable, nice and excellent customer service. She squeezed us in the very next day. It’s hard to find businesses that make things easy for you. Pipe Techs was not the first company I called but was the first to provide this level of service! Thank you!!

Pipe Tech was hired to address a plumbing issue in my apartment complex that initially seemed to be a simple leak. However, once Pipe Tech arrived, the situation rapidly escalated. Shockingly, the entire breezeway of my apartment became covered with urine and feces during their intervention.

To make matters worse, the Pipe Tech employees left the scene and did not return for over an hour. Upon their return, they displayed a complete lack of apology and casually remarked, "that's the way the cookie crumbles." This nonchalant attitude in the face of a severe sanitation issue is unacceptable.

Given this experience, I strongly advise against using this company. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties uploading videos to illustrate the extent of the problem. However, I intend to share these materials on social media as a warning to unsuspecting homeowners and renters about the potential hazards associated with Pipe Tech's services.

I called my HOA manager about a leaking washer valve for a rental property. They sent Pipetechs to fix it. Pipetechs showed up to assess, but never repaired or fixed the problem! I understand that they were waiting for authorization, but the technician left without turning off the main water shutoff in the closet. They left the water leaking in my vacant home!! Unbelievable!! So unprofessional!! No communication other than an estimate! BTW - I accepted the repair estimate within 10 minutes of receiving it, and still no communication until 4 days later!

I had a sewer backup and the warranty provider directed me to Pipe Techs. They came out the day they were called. Eddie was very friendly, willing to work with the warranty company to ensure I had no payment out of pocket, and was careful not to damage my plants in the yard. The work was done on time and as promised. Will likely work with these guys again!

The only suggestion I have is slightly better communication - they actually showed up before their scheduled arrival, so I was lucky that I hadn't left for work.

I’m a leasing consultant at an apartment complex in Chapel Hill and we have had Pipetechs come by for a few jobs already. We had a huge leak issue and Travis did an incredible job communicating clearly and thoroughly, as well as making sure the job was done within a reasonable time! Have used Walter Dobucki for years for my primary homes and rentals. Often it is for routine maintenance, however when in an emergency making the call to Walter asking him for help is just the beginning. He walks you through your plumbing emergency and let's you know what to do until the plumbing technician can be there. I called on a Satureday 2 weeks ago in Februrary. A pipe burst in a home that was just purchased by a new buyer. Walter told me what to do and expect. I had a bad experience, but they resolved it fairly. The employees work hard.
