Contractor reviews in Raleigh, North Carolina

Keith is the best, couldn’t recommend any higher. Reliable, amazing work, and most importantly the most honest and committed contractor I’ve ever met. Has followed up even after the job was finished to ensure we’re happy. God bless him.

Keith Taylor has done many projects at my personal home: decking, lighting, and installing a new mantle on my stone fireplace to name a few. I’m a Realtor and have referred many clients to him. He has installed flooring and windows, done complete kitchen & bath renovations, as well as general inspection punch list items. Keith does great work and his prices are very competitive. Highly recommend!

We recently used Triangle Home Remodeling to get our house ready to sell. They powered through a punch list to get our house refreshed including updated lighting, hardware, window replacement and drywall repair. Everything looks great and they were able to get it done with a quick turnaround.

After a long initial phone consultation, Bobby came to our home to view and discuss our project (master bath shower enlargement and floor replacement). Based on our budget and goals for the project, he provided insights on construction, plumbing, tiling, and aesthetics. He was very open and willing to discuss options for keeping the project within budget as well as provide suggestions on tile size, install pattern, and color. We appreciated his straight-forward approach and flexibility and look forward to working with Triangle Remodeling Service.

We would not hire Triangle Remodeling to remodel an outhouse. We paid him over $40,000 to remodel 2 bathrooms. He refused to abide by his own contract, refused to buy and install fixtures included in the contract, failed to fulfill the contract as he wrote it, walked off the job and left work undone and a horrific mess. Some work was sloppy and substandard, and he did some damage to the house, We have no guarantee as he advertises, we have not heard a word of explanation from him. I am sure we are headed to Court. He is definitely not the type of person to do the right thing. We have lots of photos to support our claims, these are just a couple immediately available. We have no idea what is going on or why he has done this. He just up and left the job about 5 weeks ago. We have hired a reliable contractor we trust to correct and finish the work he refused to do or just outright left undone. We would never ask him to come back or do any further work for us. He is not to be trusted.

Was recommended to Pipetechs by a friend, but unfortunately have not had a good experience.
Less than 3 months ago our sewage began backing up into the yard.
I called Pipetechs and asked them if they could come jet/camera our sewage line.
When the guy showed up he didn’t have the camera so just jetted the line. Just under $600 if I recall correctly.
The guy let us know that their were roots in the line and that he had cleared them out.
Three weeks ago our sewage started backing up again.
I called back and they were willing to come back out and rejet the line for ‘free’ but just charge the $400+ to actually use the camera this time.
I was unable to be at the house the time that the guy came out, but I was ensured that they would be calling me after the service to provide a copy of the video and provide an estimate to replace the pipe in the backyard.
The guy told my wife there were more roots in the line and that it was now clear and they would be following up with me.
Monday of this week, having still not heard from or received video, estimate etc, our sewage started backing up again.
I called the local office again Wednesday afternoon and let them know I had not received video....had not received quote and that the issue still had not been resolved.
The man who answered the phone assured me i would receive that information via email before the end of day and a follow up to determine what we/they were to do next.
Two days later, with sewage still flowing into my backyard, I have not heard back from anyone on coming BACK out to service the issue that clearly was not addressed correctly initially.....have not received video or estimate as explained during the $400+ service we paid for after they didn’t initially fix the original issue...nor that I was promised earlier this week.
Would not recommend at this point!!!!

Pipetechs Plumbing did a fantastic job. There team were friendly, excellent in service, and walked me through each detail of everything they were doing. They demonstrated tremendous professionalism in the work they did. From the little details of the job to the major part of the job, it was done with expertise. I would highly recommend using this company.

I started replacing a sink faucet and saw immediately that because of where the bottom of the faucet was situated it was going to be a nightmare job. Called Pipetechs and they had someone out that day. Raul came in and took over for me. It took him awhile to get the old one out but he was incredibly patient and gave me some tips about my counter top while he was here. Price was very reasonable. Definitely will use again.

Technician Angelo Roberts Performed a Helium Test on my property. He was very polite and respectful gentleman. Very informative and helpful to my situation. I would recommend Pipe Techs to anyone just from experience with this technician. This company is prompt and on time for my appointment and they relieved the stress off my situation. Thanks Pipe Techs Plumbing and Thank you Angelo😊

Angelo with Pipetechs was a Godsend. I contacted Pipetechs after reaching out to 2 other companies regarding a leak. Angelo arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable about the various aspects of the potential leak. He took his time to explain things to me and made himself available to answer any follow up questions. Owning a home can be a lot especially when it comes to major repairs, however, Angelo helped me keep a calm head and assured me that things would be ok. I highly recommend using this company!

The quality of the plumbing service provided by PIPETECHS was exceptional. They were easy to work with, extremely professional and most importantly trustworthy. They do not try to charge you for unnecessary add on work and strive to get the job done in the most timely manner possible.
I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend their services for any plumbing problem. -
There’s no way to describe Pipetechs’ work other than outstanding. Originally, I had contracted with them to get my entire sewer line replaced and a city-side clean-out valve installed. When their crew began excavating my driveway to replace the pipe, they inadvertently damaged my neighbor’s old terra cotta sewer line which ran parallel to and just 6 inches from my galvanized iron sewer pipe. (This was an unforeseeable accident as sewer lines emanating from 2 separate houses don’t normally run alongside each other in one driveway.) This was an unusual scenario likely stemming from the fact we live in a historic neighborhood where many houses are 100 years old or more and originally built without plumbing. When sewer lines were added some 90 years ago, contractors came up with their own designs which clearly no longer meet today’s requirements. What was even more unusual was that our respective lines merged into one pipe that flowed into the same sewer lateral, a configuration which also does not meet current code. Needless to say, this necessitated a change in the scope of the work, an additional commitment of time for Pipetechs’ crew, a permit and an inspection, things I felt certain would raise the cost of the job. Not only did they replace my neighbor’s terra cotta pipe and install a clean-out valve for her (as well as for me) for a nominal cost, they did not bill me extra for the additional work they incurred on my behalf. In other words, the invoice matched the estimate they originally quoted me. I was also impressed that the owner of the company, Dale Nichols, came to the job site to oversee that the job was done correctly and well. That level of integrity was reflected in the work ethic and attitude of Pipetech’s entire staff. Everyone I dealt with at Pipetechs was courteous, responsive, and diligently conscientious, qualities which reassured me I had made the right decision in hiring them for this job. At all times I felt my concerns were heard and respected. It is clear that Pipetechs is committed to providing excellent service. Can’t recommend them enough!

I had a polybutylene pipe in my front yard burst that needed replacing. Angelo, Wade, and Daymon were amazing! They put me at ease, were friendly with great attitudes, and extremely helpful in the process. They had to pull up two bushes to replace the pipe. They offered to put them back when they were done. I told them to not worry about it because we decided we were just going to pull them all out. They offered to pull the rest of them up for us which made my day along with getting water back!

Travis is professional and knowledgeable about the scope of work. He was kind enough to explain the process in detail as well as what the next steps should be. He is an asset to his company. Thanks again for your time and attention to our issue.

I had a tree root issue causing a backup and along come Harry and Joseph to the rescue! They were great and very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Harry looked at the issues and put a fix in place. Very reasonable costs to boot. I will continue to use Pipe Tech and ask for these guys! Great customer service!

We had great service from pipetech! We called on a Wednesday midday and they promised to be there within an hour and a half, they were at our door within an hour! They were friendly, quick, gave us pointers and helpful hints, and were all around great! Very affordable, not your cost an “arm and leg” plumber.
