I had a cooling issue this time around that occurred over night.
So i called in early morning and Trudy fit me in the schedule and had the guys coming by within 2 hours to help a sweating mama out. Issue was found and fixed right away. I am one happy lady. Incredible customer service and excellent workmanship!! I called in my repair request around 11am today and Trudy and her guys had my unit up and running by 4pm! They checked the warranty on my unit and were able to get the airhandler’s controlboard replaced under the warranty! As a former service technician (in a different industry), professionalism and customer service are crucial to me when I trust someone to work on my home.
