This is my 1st experience So far very satisfied

Can't get them to answer phone. Then recording comes on "mailbox full". Would never call them again for service.

Very professional and knowledgeable! Asset to your team.

Completely unprofessional. Either do not show up on time or will not show up at all.

Service members were knowledgeable of the issue.

They after explaining what we were seeing and our concern they were able to diagnose the issue and provide us with explanations and possible solutions to the problem.

Guys were fantastic…actually completed more of the job than required and were happy to do it. Would highly recommend.

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

DID NOT CALL TO ADVISE THEY WERE IN ROUTE. I HAD TO CALL THEM!!! CONTRACTOR ADVISED HE WOULD GO GET MATERIALS, THEN BE ON SITE AT 8AM EST. i WAITED FOR 45 MINUTES AND CALLED AMERICAN HOME SHIELD TO GET A STATUS UPDATE. AHS INFORMED ME THAT THE CONTRACTOR CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE STATING THAT IT WOULD TAKE ME 45 MINUTES TO ARRIVE, WHICH WAS A BLATANT LIE!!!

I WILL NEVER USE THIS CONTRACTOR AGAIN AND I REPORTED THEM TO AMERICAN HOME SHIELD!!!

Marcus, was very knowledgeable & friendly. Quick & effective. Said there is a leak in the freeyon submitted to my ins company for approval

This company is by far the worse company I have ever ran across I have been stranded with out heat for three weeks while the parts are sitting around. Marcus is very unprofessional. Unfortunately I don’t have a choice because I’m going through my home warranty. Stay away please.

Marcus was very good. He explained everything about the issue and solution also. Recommending him.

Referred through home warranty. Had some scheduling issues but they got the unit fixed as soon as they were able to get the parts. Note if you have a home warranty they don't cover much of the refridgerant and that stuff is pricey.

STAY AWAY!! This "company" is literally ran out a mobile home in a trailer park and truly deserves ZERO stars! (Google the address for yourself)... They are completely unprofessional, very rude on the phone, they do not take responsibility for their actions and they blame you, the customer, for any and everything... They do not show up on time nor call ahead to say that they are on the way. After they max out the cost that insurance will cover they charge the customer extra for other services. Then they try to make it sound like they're doing you a favor the whole time. It's Absolutely RIDICULOUS!

This was the most horrible experience. This company came out to assess my HVAC units for a warranty company and then disappeared. They sent a diagnosis to the warranty company and even told me that they would be doing the work and that the warranty company was going to approve the work Bee and Bee did not return a call from me or the warranty company again. An absolute scam of a company! Stay Away!!!!

I had what I thought was an issue with my thermostat, but it turned out not to be one. So even though I felt foolish, the tech was friendly and professional and educated me so that I don't make the same mistake twice. He went ahead and checked the rest of the system to make sure everything was running fine to give me peace of mind.

Fraud. Working through American Home Shield, they identified an AC part needed. It took some time to order, and the contractor picked it up. Then the contractor ghosted me and AHS. Didn't respond to calls or emails. AHS eventually assigned a new contractor. It took several more weeks to order a new replacement part.

Maybe they do okay work for others, but they caused a significant delay in getting AC fixed (over July and August). I would never trust them.

STAY AWAY. Over a month with no a/c.
My home warranty picked these clowns. The clowns came to evaluate and determined my unit needed parts. They were supposed to process the request through the home warranty company.
Every time my spouse called to follow up on the status, the clown would spew another excuse.
If you are looking for a Shuck and Jive company, please contact them. If you need your a/c repaired, stay away form these clowns.

I was told by a Comercial company I needed a new unit. Marcus came out and told me the truth that my unit was in fact completely functional and the other company was trying to up sell me. I appreciated his honesty and not trying to fraudulently get me to spend unesseccary money.

I have had several excellent experiences with Bee & Bee HVAC (complete unit replacement, repairs, maintenance visits, inspection report reviews at several different houses) . Marcus is very polite and professional and his prices are outstanding compared to some of the larger HVAC companies in the area. I highly recommend him.
