Never used the company directly but I constantly have issues with there drivers around raleigh running red lights and cutting me off one day they will cause an accident and they better pray its not with me or I will file a lawsuit

CCS has done quite a bit of work at our office buildings over the years and we have always been impressed with the timeliness and quality of their work. I recently asked them to come to my personal home to see if they could fix an odd problem that has been plaguing our zone system for years. I was surprised that they were able to solve the problem with one visit. I definitely recommend!

We have used Karl Nivison before and Carolina Commercial since Karl started the company and have had excellent service for many years and often above and beyond what most techs would do. Their service is top notch and have referred them numerous times to our friends and clients as well.

Have been using Karl and his team for several years. Prices are always competitive. Quality and level of service are outstanding. They saved me $1000+ by checking the warranty status on my A/C unit and handled all the paperwork. Have always been able to accommodate me within a very reasonable timeframe, don't do work you didn't ask for, and don't mind explaining the problem or the work being done.

So we had a Monday today and our A/C went out. Mr. K was our service technician and he stayed with us most of the day and would not quit until he had figured out the problem and fixed it. I was very impressed that he did not get rattled in a medical facility . He was calm and extremely professional. I have been so impressed with the quality and expertise that Carolina Commercial Systems consistently gives.

Great company! We used them about a year ago. Then we needed them to help us with what was installed to satisfy another company. They didn't even hesitate! Came out to do what I needed them to do and then came out a second time to reinstall also what I needed done. No payment was necessary and helped us with a smile. It's always a surprise "these days" getting excellent service. Robert was very helpful.
