I am so impressed by the knowledge of ARS technician Alejandro. He came for one thing and found several issues that would have caused me a lot of bigger issues down the road. He was very patient and explained things that I had questions on.

Daniel the technician who came out this early cold morning was very professional and courteous. He took photos of my unit and said everything seemed to be working fine, and showed what he recommended. He wasn’t pushy trying to upsell products.

I had a rough start getting them to send someone out. The initial person I spoke to had sent it to the office in Texas and I was getting mixed messages. However, the plumber Prince that was sent out was amazing. He explained everything that was going on and broke down the pricing. He was the saving grace for this review.

ARS installed my heat pump hot water heater and have been very good to work with. They have been incredibly responsive when I raised concerns and have sent technicians out to help when an issue came up. Brian, the rep who sold me the water heater, has been fantastic. I really appreciate the follow-up and desire to make sure that I was having a good experience.

I'm very pleased with every aspect of the service that ARS provided me. They kept me appraised of when to expect the technician, Dale. He was prompt, friendly and informative as he went about his work inspecting my furnace and air conditioner. I would certainly use ARS again.

Brian was very helpful today with our service appointment. He listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and I feel a better informed homeowner. I would highly recommend ARS to anyone looking for an excellent company to work with.

ARS came out and serviced our HVAC unit. Specifically technician Scott Johnson did an amazing job explaining to us what’s needed to maintain our unit and he serviced it also. Manager Terrence assured us and assisted us as well giving us the satisfaction expected from pleased customers!

I appreciate both Jose for his knowledge and personality. Jameel was very professional, handle himself and our project very professionally. They both explained my project step by step from start to finish.

They were able to come out during snow to check on our furnace issue. The tech was very personable and explained everything. However they stated it would cost over $4k to repair and to just get a new unit. Once I was able to get our normal guy out he said that we had the wrong board and it would only cost around $800. This was after I asked him to give me an estimate for a whole new unit. Be careful with them. Get multiple quotes. It’s also a pain to cancel monthly membership . They still call my wife every other day .

The dispatcher called me to let me know that the technician was on his way to my house. He showed up on time and inmediateyl started to cjeck my HAVC System. He then informed me that everything was in good working order. The whole precess took less than an hour. He made some suggestions to improve the safety of the system. I am very satisfied with his knowledge and professionalism.. Also, the price was very reasonable. It definately won my business

Technician Elijah was very friendly and had great manners. He was efficient in tuning up my HVAC system. He was thorough and detailed with explaining the completion of his services.

We are very impressed with our ARS experience. Alejandro was friendly and very helpful in explaining all the details of our inspection. Alejandro was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. We determined that it was best to be proactive with our hot water heater replacement as the unit was displaying signs of failure. Alejandro provided 3 separate replacement solutions and detailed replacement costs. My wife and I agreed that the tankless water heater was our best option moving forward. Alejandro scheduled our replacement appointment and we cannot thank him enough for everything! We are very thankful.

Derrick Lawrence was the ARS service technician that came out to the house tonight. It was a routine maintenance check up and as expected ARS provided exceptional service. Derrick was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and very informative. Even helped us to save a little money with the membership package we decided to purchase. We have been extremely pleased with the entire type of service and professionalism we've seen from ARS since our original Purchase back in May.
Thank you for being the type of no nonsense business that knows how to take care of their customers and thank you for employing folks like Derrick Lawrence who are without a doubt masters of their trade.

There was a small mixup in the arrival time of the technician. However after calling your offices, I received the correct arrival time and the technician called just before he arrived. The technician was very courteous and provided us with great service.

Brandon and Manual were terrific! Professional, experienced and very thorough. And if it hadn’t been for Jeremiah who originally discovered the issue, who knows how much damage would have resulted. We’re very pleased with the service we received.

Matt, was professional and answered all my questions. He is an excellent representative of ARS and im grateful he came to perform maintenance on our unit. We appreciated the special offered through Lowe's for the discounted PM and would recommend Matt from ARS to perform your PM.

We had the pleasure of having our unit serviced by Kenny with ARS/Rescue Rooter. He was warm and personable.. He patiently answered my questions and thoroughly explained his findings in terms I could understand.. Great customer service! Would definitely consider reaching out for future needs and recommend to family/friends.

Very good team
They arrived and laid down plastic on the stairs. One team of two worked to install the upstairs unit and thermostat. Another team worked to install the downstairs unit and thermostat. All were very professional and respectful. I hope not to have to replace these new units for a long time. I will remember ARS and Rescue Rooter. Great job.

Update to original review: (first two photos bad unit) The mini-split system they installed on the day they did the duct work lasted a little over a month before breaking down. ARS sent technicians that found low freon. They did not have any with them, but got the unit running, it lasted a day and a half. Second technician had freon but no adapter. Sent, 3rd technician who determined the coil had a leak in the unit part mounted in the house. Sent new techs with new unit but no freon. When we made a huge fuss, they found freon and met our techs and then got the new unit running. What should have been a half day job turned into a 12 hour job. Maybe a little over 12 hours later that unit stopped working. We gave them a choice, replace with a known good working brand or give us our money back. It took them a full week to get us a brand we agrred upon and installed it today. This company has great technicians but carry a brand of mini-split that they know has a higher failure rate than others on the market. Make sure if you ever use them to specify the brand you know and just, don't rely on their sales rep to choose for you, lesson learned. (Original review)Technician that came to do our inspection was friendly and informative. He was also very considerate of our property and house. Recommended things he saw that could be improved. After recommendations we had them remove and replace our air duct system and install a mini split in one of our rooms.

It was a great experience. They came when expecting. Diagnosed my issue, saw some other kind of related issues and made suggestions. They gave me an estimate. My tech Josue Boianos was very knowledgeable and friendly.

From initial appointment set up, I received text communications and arrival calls from home office, very much appreciated. I had tech Drew start my repair and completed work by Brandon. All very friendly and besides wait time for part to come ARS team did a great job. Thank you! Great to have hot water again!
