I'm done with asking friends and researching online and being worried about who to call for HVAC problems! My gas furnace stopped working this past winter, and Jason was very knowledgeable, fast, and explained his troubleshooting steps to me all along the way, which gave me complete confidence in the final analysis and costs involved. Now my AC is not working, and I'm back. It's so nice to have found a company I feel I can depend on and not have to worry about them trying to sell me a new system just because mine is10 years old!

Called because my AC wouldn't engage in the middle of summer. Scheduled me next day, Santos came by, asked me for particulars on what was happening, and then immediately got to work.

He was very polite and humored me by laughing at my dumb jokes.

I accidentally steered him to the wrong heat pump for my townhouse and likely wasted an hour+ of his work day, after 5pm. He was courteous and polite regardless, and didn't charge me for a service he provided while troubleshooting a problem that didn't exist, because I pointed him in the wrong direction.

He was not only good natured and polite about it, he had every right to charge me and didn't.

My AC was repaired the same day he came in. I highly recommend this company.

Noticed my AC out at about 8:00 PM, decided to leave a message on 919FixMyAC's web site because I like the idea of fixing rather than getting pressure to replace a whole system. Got a very friendly call from Chelsea the next morning and had an appointment for later that same day. Nic called to let me know he was on his way at the scheduled time, arrived, asked a couple of questions about the problem and promptly diagnosed the problem after a couple electric tester measurements. Replaced the faulty capacitor on the compressor unit and we were back in business in less than an hour of his arrival and less than 20 hours after we noticed a problem. Very friendly people, quick, fulfill promises, all at a fair price. Can't beat that!!

Finally, we found a HVAC company that actaully fixed our unit instead of trying to sell us a new one. I knew as soon as Miles & I started discussing the problem with the unit, he was a professional who knew what he was talking about. I knew he was going to be honest about what the problem was, & he did exactly what he said he would do...fix it. Thank you Miles & 919 Fix My AC for restoring our faith that we could find an honest business that will fix & maintain our HVAC systems.

919 Fix My AC came to our house and fixed our 10 year old AC and it's running like new. The techs are great and just signed up for their maintenance program. Jeremy was very professional and helped to tune up our system for the cold winter ahead. Highly recommend them as they saved us thousands and fixed our unit so it's working perfectly.

We were very pleased with Toron and his efficient and personable service. He showed up and finished right on schedule. He was quick to troubleshoot and fix my two furnaces in the same visit. He was thorough and didn't mind my peppering him the whole time with questions. We will definitely use 919 Fix My AC again (next time my furnace needs attention.)

I had a situation with my A/C and the technicians that have come in the past and not in the present had given me the option to change it, fix it or leave it but with variable alternative for my pocket and what I desire and was able to pay and suggest me what I should do but always leaving the last option to me

I got a visit from the owner of the place to help me set of a new A/C unit and quote what I can and can’t and he was very forward , helpful and honest about what I can do and cant , he even mention that some of the quotes are not necessaire since my system need a partial replace and not a full ( so that tell me he is not looking for the money all the way but for what can be best for the client )

I am planning to replace my A/C unit later on down the line (since I need to) and I be happy to do it with this company and work with them again

I would stay away from these guys. They also own Cool Change Heating and Air. They will charge you for diagnostic services and repairs even knowing that your units need replaced. Charged me $800 then informed me that the units were oversized. Then they tried to sell me new units. A simple load calculation and model number lookup could have told me that in the first place, but they insisted on changing $800 just to tell me that. Also seems that I'm not the only one this has happened to. WRAL did a story on the same concerns. Maybe I should contact them.

If you have any issues with your air conditioner or heater you will be very satisfied and well served by 919 fix my AC. JD and Chelsea- are two of the most wonderful people you will ever have the pleasure of working with. They are professional, kind, courteous and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. They never try to upsell anything that’s not necessary and JD, the owner, spent at least a month to three months at my house getting my air conditioning working properly. It was only after he was finished that I learned that he was not going to charge me any more than the small amount that he initially quoted me because he said it was not my fault. That is a real and true and honest business owner! I am indebted to this man and this company forever! I will forever be grateful and refer he and his entire team at every possible opportunity! To say that I highly recommend them would be the understatement of the year! They deserve only the best.

Eric replaced the capacitors in our outdoor unit and in the attic with products made in the USA, as well as thoroughly cleaned out the outside unit of grass debris. He was personable, professional, and seemed to really care about doing quality work and making our AC like new again. He made sure the temperature and other measurements were back in the range they should be in once all of his work was done, just to be sure our unit was running efficiently again. Excellent service, and at much less cost than installing a new AC unit. We'll definitely call 919-Fix-MyAC for any future AC needs!

919 Fix My Ac is a fast, efficient and honest AC company. When my AC/furnace broke recently, Jason the technician responded immediately and was out at my house that day, and quickly found the leak in the unit. He did not try to sell me a new ac unit but fixed the one I had. Another issue as part of the repair developed a couple of weeks after he came out; I called them and they was at my place within two hours and fixed the small issue for free. Called them at 8am as our heating system had stopped working on a 28 degree morning, by 10:30 Miles had arrived and diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed the problem shortly afterwards. We bought an hvac unit from these folks last year. On Memorial Day, we called because we mistakenly thought we had an issue with it. Long story short: we had a chemical container spill out in our utility closet, but we thought the AC was leaking something into the house. We called them around 6:30 AM and they were at the house around 10 the same morning, which was great because we were staying out of the house until everything was figured out. They confirmed it wasn’t an issue with the AC, and didn’t charge us anything! I didn’t expect the warranty to cover us calling them out on a wild goose chase, very much appreciate it!

I recently saw your TV ad. It reminded me I hadn't given you my feedback/review for the great customer service I received in Feb. Nic, the service tech came out to check my heat on the same day I called. He was on time, professional and took the time to literally show me the issue with the heat exchanger & inducer motor. Parts were ordered.. he & Aaron returned a couple of weeks later to make repairs. They had my heat back on in less than 2 hrs. I was very pleased with the honesty, integrity, price & quality provided by this company. I will definitely be a return customer. Chelsea, the dispatcher was very pleasant to work with as well.

I absolutely love doing business with this company. We have used them for years and their workers really show integrity and superior knowledge. They have done both maintenance and repairs on my unit until it came time for us to get a new AC, which they installed. Really happy with the whole company!
