I cannot say enough good things about 919 Fix My AC. I had an older system that finally gave up the ghost over the July 4th weekend. They came out on Monday and recommended a totally new system.

The technicians they sent out for the installation were great. They arrived right on time, were very professional. For me the best part was that they ran into some difficulty with the install, and at one point they thought they might have to finish the job over 2 days. But in the end they really buckled down and pushed thru. They went above and beyond to make sure the system was fully up and operational before they left.

I also have been very impressed with Chelsea from their office who I communicated with for setting the appointment and doing invoicing. She was amazing to work with. Always a prompt response via email, and when they initially sent over the invoice she walked me through everything and really helped me feel confident that I understood everything.

2 other services the company offers that I really appreciate are that they let me borrow (at no extra cost) a portable AC unit in the time between my air breaking and the new installation. This was a life saver, I do not know what I would have done for 3 weeks in July with no AC.

They also handle filing all the information for the rebates from the gas and electric companies. That service is literally worth hundreds of dollars.

I had a great experience with needing air conditioning service, and a replacement unit while my sellers were under their due diligence with requested repairs. Very professional, speedy service and a great price.

My air conditioning unit stopped working, so I called for appointment. Chelsea, the secretary, I must say is one of the most efficient persons that I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! Very courteous, pleasant & always follows up. She scheduled me with technician, Freddie, who was prompt & did what I considered a thorough diagnostic on unit! He replaced a part which he had with him, which was nice that I didn’t have to wait for it to be ordered! He was very considerate, & respectful & did a great job! Very happy with service i get from this company! I highly recommend it!

I have used 919 Fix My AC a few times now and each time they have not disappointed. Stephanie is a pleasure to work with on the contact and scheduling side of things and Miles is what every service technician should strive to be. He is prompt, patient, and knowledgeable.

Excellent service, no pressure to replace whole system. Miles gave me multiple repair options, option we went with has been great. Miles also answered multiple other questions I had that were not related to actual repair. Also took the time to explain what all the different readings on the diagnostic tool meant.
Would definitely recommend to anyone esp. when most of the HVAC companies push replacement so hard. Will use again.

I called Monday evening at around 5:00 P.M. They said they would send somebody out Wednesday morning around 8:00. A.m. Miles showed up at my house almost at 8:00. A.m. He checked my air conditioner out, replaced a part and was gone by 9:00 a.m. Miles showed me how to clean my air conditioner. He gave me some maintenance tips and what to look for if I was having system issues. I have continually had this experience with JD and his company. Hands down the only HVAC company I'll use. The last time my air conditioner is out. They brought in a room AC unit while they waited for the part. Very good people.

Great team, installed a new mini split in our garage and it was a super clean install. The entire team here takes care of all of our HVAC needs, including regular maintenance.

Steph, Michael, Santos, Kendall, Miles, Ryan and JD have all taken great care of us and we appreciate the relationship as they make us feel like family!

Only 100+ degrees this Saturday afternoon when a thermostat began to misbehave, i.e., lost power. Quick call to CoolChange/FixMyAC and Stephanie who dispatched technician Kendall.
Friendly, very knowledgable, explained that the system shut itself off on account of a clog in the attic unit’s drain line where ugly stuff grows. Thank you, Mr. System!
Then Kendall checked everything else out on both systems, inside & out plus flushed out the external drains too.
Very impressive young professional, quick response and fixed the problem. Since the day they installed new Trane systems, Cool Change has reliably maintained those systems. Today was no exception. Highly recommended!

Mr Alex was very professional and courteous. I have been living here for over 13 years and he is the first maintenance gentleman that informed me of the air conditioning unit under the house. I can really tell a difference in the unit’s performance. Thank you so very much.

I have mixed reviews. Following the installation of a new HVAC unit, and 3 visits by different technicians, the system was inoperable - did not work. Finally, on the 4th visit, Eric rewired the unit and got it working! Many thanks Eric. Good job!

A technician named Eric came by after our heat stopped working for good (ongoing issue). He was friendly, professional, and diagnosed/fixed my issue right away. I’d like to mention I have had 4 previous visits from other contractors to fix this very issue to no avail. Thank you. (I have probably left 2 reviews for anything in my life)

Mandolin was stellar in stopping by my place and servicing my A.C. They made sure everything was working well and even took the time to clean any debris around the A.C. unit. My A.C. has been working perfectly over this hot summer. Thank you, Mandolin, for greet service!

Thorough and affordable!

Called numerous HVAC companies and dryer vent cleaners to learn few are interested in long term fix for old sagging (full of pet hair and lint) run of dryer vent through our crawl space.
Mandolin stepped up. After providing a reasonable quote, they quickly replaced it with heavy gauge, straight vents.
AND they investigated and replaced the unseen disconnected sections in the wall. Our dryer works 2x as fast now and the repair saved our walls and crawl space from more damaging humidity. Great Service!

Both technicians were friendly fast accurate very knowledgeable on time and took care of the issue and explained the problem. I most definitely will be using this company again. Appreciate these two gentlemen Malcolm and Tramaine for coming and taking care of this work order. Sincerely Danielle

Very good with their work, PLUMBING ESPECIALLY. They make sure to explain in detail to the customer about what's wrong with whatever it is that's damaged or not working and then explain what needs to be done....
And it gets done (if it can be done that day). I personally trust Mandolin HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical just because I've seen what they've done. Well plumbing wise (water heaters included)👍.

I do not recommend this company. The admin staff is helpful and friendly, but the contractors are unreliable. We’ve had 3 missed appointments this week with no follow-up or even calling to advise that there’s been a change of plan or a delay. It always falls to me to follow up, to the surprise of the office staff (no oversight or quality control). We’re halfway through a project so I’m unfortunately stuck with them as a contractor.

My apartment complex hired Mandolin to fix our A/C system and I'm so glad they did. They are extremely professional and polite plus did really good work. Highly recommend.

The company starts off well on responding to your request and everything stops at that point. Been out of hot water for a week and still no update from there office on repairs even told a supervisor would call me and update on returning to repair.. that was 4 days ago and still no update or response.
Not sure how they stay in business , got another company out completed the work in 1 day .. thanks for nothing

Aside from the circumstances working with Mandolin was a breeze. The office staff, Tori, was so helpful in the process dealing with my warranty company. The technician, Jason, was very friendly and efficient, highly recommend this company.

The girl I spoke with in the office (Tory) made the complicated process dealing with the warranty company not so complicated for us! She was very knowledgeable and accurate and made our experience stress free. I strongly recommend Mandolin!

I have work with this company for a long time, most recently at Stonesthrow apartments. I have found them to be prompt and precise with fair pricing. They are very knowledgeable and do a great job of explaining HVAC work in layman's terms. I will continue to work with them into the future
