Gabriel was amazing- very easy to work with, efficient, and skilled. His prices were significantly better than multiple other quotes we got, and our unit is still working well several months in. Couldn’t recommend him more highly!

These guys got the parts I needed to fix my hvac without problem or having to use amazon. They have all the parts you need and at a good price.

Simple call to these guys one minute ago to enquire about purchasing a blower motor but I needed a couple questions answered about it and they immediately rejected me to contact Trane of whom is no help at all.
It's obvious all these guys are only interested in sending contractors to your home to make money off of us.
I'm getting the same feedback from everyone I've called.
FYI, Trane recommended I contact these guys for the help I need yet nobody wants to discuss the motor I need!
This country has gotten ridiculous. -
The reason for only three stars is because I asked for a VFD drive to already be flashed pre-program. I waited the extra time to get it because it wasn’t in stock and it came not program. Now I will have to wait on a phone call or watch a CD or receive emails back-and-forth just to get this thing program from a 12 foot A frame ladder. We all know how sometimes it’s hard to get tech-support from any company so having this pre-programmed would’ve made this job go much more smoothly, especially having to work from such a high height.

Do NOT USE TRANE... it is trash that they find every way possible to back out of the warranty.
I made the MISTAKE of having a TRANE unit installed on my home just over 5 years ago and have had problems ever since.
NEVER, I repeat NEVER, use Maynor for heating and air. We purchased a new HVAC unit from Maynor Heating and Air (Trane - also trash and over hyped as quality). We purchased with the promotional paperwork advertising a 10-year warranty. We have had repeated problems with the unit ever since. At approximately 5 years and 3 months into the warranty, we had to replace the fan on the unit, which was just over $600, because we were informed the warranty had expired. I inquired why, since it was advertised as having a 10-year warranty.
Maynor then informed me that Trane only has a 10-year warranty if you register the paperwork when you purchase. I let Maynor know that at no time was that ever made known to me. They then blamed it on my contractor, saying that he should have filled out the paperwork. Then, two weeks later, I had another issue with the unit. Maynor sends out their technician and tells me this is a leak, and it is due to a manufacturing defect. Since they let the warranty run out, they offered to discount a $3800 bill to $3500...
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? It is your fault the warranty ran out, and you make up your own internal policy to point the finger elsewhere... then, KNOWING it is the poor-quality equipment you installed, quote me another $3500 repair. NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO WORK ON YOUR HOME. -
Great guy. I was not able to meet technician so I provided a basic description of problem I was experiencing. He took it from there giving me options, pricing, and made it easy to understand. He had A/C cooling in no time which was nice bc it was 100 degrees outside.

We were having an issue with keeping the thermostat set on 73 or 74, but the inside temperature reaching the low 80s on hot (95+) days. The AC would run for 22+ hours per day trying to keep up. Shawn suggested their Full Maintenance service, which we agreed to. In the 10 days after Shawn serviced our AC, our inside temperature has not gone above 75 with outside temperatures reaching the mid-90s to mid-100s, and the AC has been running about 15-16 hours per day (6-7+ hours less).
Shawn was very knowledgeable, honest, and efficient and explained everything he did and found in a way that we could easily understand. We very much appreciate what he did for us and we will not hesitate calling Shawn and Degree Above Heating and Air for any future HVAC issues we may encounter! -
I had a great experience with Shawn and his team. Shawn is very knowledgeable, and went the extra mile while he was at my home. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic company and fantastic tech. I have been having issues for a year or two now with my HVAC system. I’ve called other companies that were not able to help but Shawn figured it out on the first trip and got it fixed. Highly recommend them.
