Degree Above Heating and Air went above and beyond! My family and I were extremely nervous about a unit we needed replaced, Shawn came in and was extremely friendly and knowledgable and took a lot of stress off of us! If you want the best in pricing, direction, and care I highly recommend Degree Above Heating and Air!

Shawn with Degree has helped me out a number of times and he has always been thorough, pleasant to deal with, and professional.
He has more then earned this review but I would loath for you to make him too busy, but based on the other reviews I guess the cat is out of the bag.

I cannot recommend Degree above heating and air highly enough! Shawn did amazing work. He was prompt and professional. He faced a few obstacles with our HVAC system, but was able to get the part we needed and fix it that same day! His work was very professional and he left the area cleaner than when he arrived. I don’t know much about HVAC, but Shawn did an awesome job explaining everything in terms I could understand. Degree above is our new go to HVAC company, if we need anything ever, it will come from them. We enrolled in the maintenance program which gives us peace of mind over our HVAC system year round. We know it’s being taken care of properly and if anything is needed, Shawn will be there swiftly. We are telling friends. Family, and anyone else to use Degree above for anything HVAC related. Shawn did an inspection of a system at a house we are looking to purchase. He completed the inspection and called to give a detailed report in addition to the written report emailed to us. Explained everything and sent a estimate for repairs/updates needed.

He communicated well with the tenant and us. He worked with us to get the right solution, listening to our needs and explaining the impact of decisions, and identified some other issues that needed to be addressed. We called shawn and he showed up the next morning to repair our HVAC system. He was very professional, trustworthy, arrived during the time frame he provided, did a thorough diagnostic of our system, and overall provided excellent service. We will be calling him back for any and all of our future HVAC needs .

Highly recommend! I had an issue with my AC unit last summer and heating unit over the winter and had hired a commercial company to do maintenance and repairs. I ended up having to call Degree Above because the other company never came out to do the maintenance part and didn't respond to my calls. Now my house was not cooling during the hottest days of the summer. I needed help. Degree Above was out here in no time flat diagnosing and fixing my AC units. He made recommendations and several repairs to the units. He even found a slug in our drainage pipe. Several of the problems that he addressed were there when we previously had our unit repaired by the other company. Our AC works now! Definitely sign up for the maintenance plan because he clearly knows what he is doing.

Shawn and his crew were amazing! It was so easy to communicate with him. He replaced an old Apollo HVAC system that was connected to the water heater and seamlessly had a plumber work with him to replace the water heater. He even helped me with an after hours old water heater alarm malfunction that went off (which was unrelated to their workmanship) and walked me through it over the phone. He helped me identify and fix some other issues with our renovation that I would have missed as well. Overall, he definitely went above and beyond! Would call him every time.
