Triangle Heating and Air has been such a wonderful company to work with! Their technicians are courteous and well trained and we love the maintenance plan! They call and remind us when our maintenance is due! And when a small repair was needed on a leaky valve, they replaced iit without extra fees as part of the maintenance agreement. We could not be happier !

Have been a satisfied customer for 20 years. The employees who work in the office and on the HVAC units are always knowledgeable and helpful. When I needed a new unit 3 years ago, the installation was smooth and efficient. Great company with great people!

I want to provide some feedback regarding the recent service call I had with your technicians. When I called, I expected a clear diagnosis explaining where the problem with my unit was located and what the next steps would be.

Instead, I was simply told that my unit was not operating correctly—something I already knew without having to pay $106 for a 10-minute visit. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that does not offer any new information or actionable insight.

Please consider informing your customers in advance about what the diagnosis will include and what kind of results or findings they can expect. This would help manage expectations and improve overall satisfaction.

The service today was thorough and performed in a reasonable amount of time. Willie Beale who is my technician is always congenial, professional, and arrives on time! I have been a customer of Carolina A/C for over 15 years. I definitely would recommend them to others.

These people came out in 100 degree heat within a few hours to help us out when our AC stopped working, The company we usually use sounded as if they could care less and told us they would see us in 2 days and announced their fee and felt that they had to also announce “plus tax”. Very unprofessional.

Triangle Heating and Cooling were very courteous and respectful. They were also smart and knew how to very quickly fix the problem. I was so grateful to get such good help quickly.

Even cleaned the coils on the external unit. That rarely happens I’ve noticed with most companies. They say they do, but in 10 years I’ve not experienced consistent cleaning.

They did a great chemical clean and it looks great, and I’m sure it will improve the unit’s performance. Thank you Pankaj Sah! Great work. We appreciate you!

Antonio was fast at evaluating my A/C unit’s issue. He explained what he found and I used to work as a hvac service technician so it was logical what he found. He fixed it quickly and all is well.

Great experience! Good communication from the technician. Showed me all the pictures and numbers associated with my devices and answered all my questions.

Antonio was effecient, knowledgeable and through. Gave good information about rust build up. 10+ year unit in good shape.

Randy was outstanding!! He gave me a heads up call as he was leaving and arrived exactly on time. He was very courteous and professional..an all around great person. Randy went over everything he completed with me after the AC tune-up, and he showed me pictures of all the test readings. That is why I stay a loyal customer of Triangle Heating & Cooling...five star customer service!!

Randy thoroughly reviewed my system numbers and answered all of my questions. He is actually the very 1st technician to review the actual numbers with me and I really appreciate this additional information. It really helps to understand how well my HVAC system is functioning. He was very knowledgeable and willing to share. He provided exceptional customer service and I so appreciate him….its so good to see there is still someone willing to work and to do it well! I appreciated having my mini split serviced on the same day I called. Communication was great. I was notified by the company and the technician when he was on the way. Willie is very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. I highly recommend Triangle Heating & Cooling

Great company to work with. They almost always arrive on time and their service men are courteous and friendly. I’ve been a customer since 2018 and recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, reliable, competent and trustworthy HVAC company!

Too expensive. I don’t think I’ll be using this company again. $189 just to come out and diagnose the problem! $388 to actually fix it. I told the tech not to do it. I’d fix it myself. Ridiculous. This one star is not for the tech, but for the company itself. Those prices are outrageous. Especially when all that needed to be done was to suck up the water that had gathered in the tray. No. Just no.

Triangle Heating and Cooling really came to our rescue. We had no air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave and my babies and I were miserable. But it was short lived. They got someone out to us very quickly and we were feeling comfortable and cool in no time. Also, Jessica in the office is one of the sweetest people I have ever had to deal with. She was so understanding and caring. My girls want to bake them cookies. We love this place!

Our system is under warranty and we kept a membership with Triangle Heating and Cooling to avoid costly repairs. Unfortunately, our warranty wasn't honored, even though they installed our unit only 3 years ago. We were asked to pay $1500 in labor to replace a part. Beware of this company!!

I just want to say that Antonio was very nice and professional. You have very good people working in your company

Antonio was as thorough as he has been each time he has been out to check our unit. He us courteous, answers any questions we have, just an all around nice guy.The only unresolved issue, is the mystery of the " self-resetting thermostat. It's functioning fine now, but the mystery remains.

Good service. They showed up late one evening like 8:00 pm because the prior jobs took longer. I was a bit shocked when I got the call they were on their way but grateful for the intentionality to complete their list of jobs for the day.

Randy Sanchez was professional and quick in my seasonal servicing. Shared lots of photos of the AC/Heating unit inside and out and feedback on his devices, verifying all things were in good condition. We have been using Triangle Heating and Cooling (previously Carolina AC) since the house was completed in 2019. Great service and peace of mind.
