Zach knows his stuff from commercial to residential he's got you covered. We had a freezer alarm at our store at 9pm and Zach was able to get everything back together and running by 11.

Same day service, they were flexible, accommodating and extremely helpful. I had a big company come in and they charged a huge diagnostic fee and quoted very high for the repair and couldn’t even tell me if they could get it done within a week. I talked to Zach and he came out later that day and got us fixed up right away which was super helpful because we have little kids and not having AC is not an option. Skip the big corporate nonsense and get KO-Z

I gave Zach a call when our system wasn't blowing cold air. He responded almost instantly and was able to diagnose a relatively uncommon problem. The fan's polarity on our outside unit malfunctioned and reversed direction, blowing the exhaust back into the unit. The next day he had that part, installed in, and provided tips on DIY maintenance rather than trying to upsell things we didn't need. I'd 100% recommend KO-Z for all of your HVAC needs.

Zach has a great understanding of all your HVAC needs. I have personally used him to service my HVAC unit several times. He will do his best to help you out when you need it the most. One summer, in the middle of July, my AC completely went out, and it was 90+ degrees out. I called him, and he came over after hours to help fix my AC. Highly recommend his services.

Zach (owner/operator) of Ko-Z Heating and Cooling is great. We needed our AC unit moved and he was responsive and timely. His rate was much more reasonable than the big box companies and he did awesome work. He walked me through different numbers when testing the AC and recommended adding additional coolant, which a big box company in a previous year didn’t even offer up as a solution to one of our AC issues at the time. Instead, they recommended a dual-unit AC which would have been very expensive. The big companies make money on selling you new equipment. Ko-z will help you exhaust other solutions first, but can also provide new equipment and installation at a much better value. Zach is my go-to for heating and cooling.

I highly recommend Zach and Ko-Z heating and cooling! Zach was amazing to work with. He came out to troubleshoot our old unit within a couple hours of contacting him. He was honest, and gave us his professional opinion. Our unit was over 10 years old. He gave us all our options and left the decision up to us. We love our new unit! In addition to installing the new unit, he installed two new thermostats that are easy to use. The thermostats also offer the convenience of managing the unit from your phone, which I love. My husband and I are greatly appreciative of Zach and Ko-Z heating and cooling! When it comes time to replace the other unit in our home, we will definitely be calling Zach!!

Naturally, our furnace waited to go out on a Saturday. Zach responded quickly to our call for help. He came within hours, immediately diagnosed the problem and had heat in our house in no time. Our air conditioner shut down on July 4th, a holiday. All the companies I called could not manage to come same day and I had to wait the next day for them to send someone. Considering it was 90 degrees outside and we have young kids I didn’t see how we could spend the night with the air conditioner not working.
I texted Zach late in the day and to my surprise he managed to come that evening to fix our a/c.
He quickly identified and fixed the issue.
