We’ve been using Triangle Heating & Cooling services for a few years now, and have been very pleased with them. This week we had our bi-annual HVAC maintenance service done by Technician (Antonio Barrillas Rodriguez). He’s always prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. He answers any questions or concerns that we may have, and is always pleasant to speak with. I would highly recommend this company for your home repair needs.

Update: 2025 annual AC maintenance appt. Excellent experience from scheduling to completion. Tech was courteous & thoroughly explained the work done, along with photos. Very comprehensive visit. Appreciate the use of shoe covers to protect my flooring.

2024 Annual maintenance appointment went well, as usual. Technician was courteous, respectful of property & efficient. Clear communication during the appointment and arrival times.

Antonio was terrific. He was on time and explained everything while he checked my heat pump for its semi annual checkup. He was professional, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely ask for him for the future visits.

Ricky was very helpful and thorough. He gave suggestions and good tips. He helped clean something for me which I really appreciated. He noticed a vent that is missing a filter in attic, and suggested I get one.

I’m very happy with this service. It was the company I interviewed from my home’s previous owner, and I didn’t know any others, as I’d just moved to the area. I pay a low monthly fee and they have been out in emergencies, at night, you name it.

Been using them for awhile. To be honest when one of the damper actuators failed, I didn't know the cost of the part. $426 or so for part and service. Upon doing research, this is like $300 or so in labor to just to replace the actuator. Lesson learned.

The A/C portion of our HVAC system by Trane was serviced yesterday and all pronounced to be in good shape. Ricky Brown was polite, friendly, and professional. The cost of the service is spread out over the year, so auto debited monthly on a credit card, very convenient. The price range I'm selecting is the total yearly cost with the cooling system check in the warm months and the heating system check in the cold months.

A young well-mannered technician named Antonio appeared during the scheduled "window" to perform the semi-annual maintenance and inspection. I had a friend over, so couldn't pay as much attention to his work as I usually do. When he had completed his tasks, he reappeared and filled me in on the status of my hydro heating system. As usual, I was favorably impressed by the technician. I do have a problem, however, with Triangle H&C having "merged" with Ted's HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical with no prior notice to customers. The woman who called last month to make the autumn appointment identified herself as being with Triangle, and I received the request for this review from Triangle Heating & Cooling. I have called the Triangle phone number, which call was answered as "Ted's." The gentleman with whom I spoke wanted my credit card number to continue my monthly subscription payments, but, in view of all the scammers in the world these days, I refused to give it to him. He said that someone would get back to me with a better explanation than "security" of why Triangle did not just give it to Ted's, if in fact the two companies had merged. All of this occurred just yesterday, so time will tell.

Jimmy was very freindly and polite in our service session.

He was very open and explained quite well what he was looking for while he was diagnosing the issue.

Suggested a few changes that will help the system not to have the same issue.

Technician called when on his way and arrived promptly after that. Efficiently completed winter preventative maintenance service. Pointed out the house is without CO2 detectors, and I thanked him but indicated we were not in the market for those at this time. Quite satisfied with the service. Thanks!

Beware, this company closed and has become Ted's. They charge a monthly fee for a priority membership (under the name of Triangle, not their own name) but are not able to provide service. Two month wait for an appointment which they cancelled the day before, and wanted to reschedule two months out. So a 4 month wait for appointment with a Priority Membership.

Triangle Heating and Cooling has been outstanding since we purchased our home new in 2021. They’ve serviced our system regularly and always keep it in top shape. Their communication is excellent, and Randy, one of their techs, really knows his HVAC inside and out. I’m on their budgeted monthly plan, and whenever I need them, they’re quick to respond and always available. Great service, reliable team, and true peace of mind knowing my system is in good hands!

I called Triangle Heating And Cooling with regard to getting a complicated air quality system, that a less qualified party had installed, ducted correctly.

They came up with a Creative solution, that Fixed the problem, made the air quality system work correctly, And that even look good.
