Shawn and his sidekick were great. I called for a furnace inspection for winter and had an appointment in just a few days. They arrived on time and inspected our heating unit. All was well but a potential and ongoing issue was spotted and it was repaired the same day. Awesome service and reasonably priced. Have also signed up for ongoing maintenance program.

If you are looking for a trustworthy HVAC technician. Look no farther then Shawn and his team at Degree Above Heating and Air LLC. He did not just come out and try to force a new unit on me. He opened it up explained what was wrong and gave me how much it would be to fix it vs how much to replace. I had a 23-year-old unit so it was more cost efficient to replace, but with out Shawn patiently sitting with me I would have been lost. He was very easy to talk to and gave me a sense of confidence that he knew what he was doing. He has worked for everyone from your mom-and-pop operations to big chains and shows that expertise through his work and knowledge. He told me the pro and cons of each system even though it might have been common sense. Everyone I talked to said his prices seemed reasonable. When he makes an appointment, he is in constant contact with you and punctual. Him and his team said they were going to show up 9:00am-10:00am to replace my HVAC and they were there at 9:00am. Degree Above Heating and Air LLC stands behind their work with not just a 1-year labor contract, but 2 years which is above and beyond the standard. What really set him apart is he was willing to go to Virginia from North Carolina which is a 6-8 hour trip on a good day the same day he gave me a quote day and drive back for a Dual- Fuel unit that might even be there just to make me happy. He said it wasn't there he wouldn't even charge me for the trip which shows how much he wants to do right by the customer. He even said, if possible, I could have heat that night and I believed he would do everything in his power to complete that task. He might bite off more than he can chew at some points, but he stands behind his customer service. I know if he ran into issues in Virginia, I would have had an appointment that next morning if possible that day at the latest and an alternative unit of that caliper ex. a split unit was a option for a little more money.

Sent incompetent tech to fix draft tap head. Couldn’t fix it and still charged $320 for their ‘expert’ time.

Above and beyond! My boss man suggested I give GRR a call when I told him I was having issues with the heat in my home and I had a local Hvac company out twice and they could not fix my heat. Although they do not do residential work Jason sent Kim out and got my heat working. I have used GRR in all of the restaurants I have worked in and they always do a great job. Thanks guys! I had a Traulsen refrigerator that was not holding temperature. Tech was dispatched promptly and diagnosed one major issue and one contributing issue. While it wasn't inexpensive to repair, we have had zero problems since. Dawn was fantastic at scheduling and communication as well.

Brad & his son Logan have truly saved my display case at my bakery twice now! They are absolutely the only people I trust to tell me the truth + fix any issue I have. On top of that they are so respectful and kind!

We had an emergency situation with our heat pump and Triangle Heating &Cooling responded immediately to fix the problem. Special shout out to Luis who not only diagnosed and fixed the problem but had to run down the required part. He did so with his usual efficiency and friendly attitude. Timothy Marsh was so friendly and courteous. Did a thorough inspection on the attic portion of our unit, and then the outside portion. Thankfully everything is operating properly with no obvious problems so hopefully we are good to go till next spring. He did provide some very helpful information about our filters. Triangle Heating and Cooling does a great job with keeping our furnace and air conditioner running smoothly. Very professional and friendly technician came out today. The company kept us updated on the arrival time frame as well as the technician calling to say he was on his way.

I have used this company for HVAC maintenance for 6 years. They have been responsive, dependable, and effective. Today Timothy Marsh was our technician during a visit to address a problem. He was excellent and explained everything completely. He corrected the issue and the visit was very reasonably priced.
