For one, his company had the best estimate that we could find, and he was onsite with the install and the last one to leave, making sure everything was working correctly. We have a dual zone hvac system. One of the damper motors went out. Shawn gave us some estimate options. We picked out the one that we thought would be the most reliable and scheduled the work. We are throughly happy with the quality and service. I highly recommend them.

Shawn Rex was incredibly prompt in responding to our inquiry about our HVAC unit, which had stopped working. He even went above and beyond by offering to come that evening after work if it were our only unit, understanding the urgency due to the cold weather. Our system is around 30 years old, and it took extra effort to diagnose the issue, but Shawn worked diligently, no doubt spending extra time troubleshooting and learning an out of date system. He explained everything clearly, outlining the problem and our available options, all the while treating us with great respect. We truly appreciated his dedication and professionalism.

He got to me same day (weekend), the circuit board he got from the supplier was bad but he was able to use one off the truck to get it working. Took a lot of extra time of his than expected but he got the heat on. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Excellent. The service was by far one that exceeded my expectations. He was professional, thorough and easy to talk with. He went over and beyond what the call required. He did things without being asked. He explained the forecast for the lifespan of my unit and the importance of service. I actually signed a service agreement with him & in 35 years at this home, ----i never have made such a commitment. I highly recommend Shawn T- honest, fair, respectful of both my home and myself. Jesse came this morning for the annual maintenance check at my husband’s and my home. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We are very pleased with their service and do recommend them.

We had an ERV ventilation system installed yesterday and Shawn, Mike, and Kelly did a fantastic job! They worked nonstop from around 8am until 8pm. Very pleased with the work done.

I called Degree Above with a humidity issue. Shawn came out to diagnose my system. After thoroughly going through my system, he went over a few options to help with my humidity issues. Shawn recommended a whole home dehumidifier by Santa Fe. After discussing the options to help dehumidfy my home, I moved forward with the install. We scheduled the install and a few days later they installed my system. Humidity levels are completely under control now and my house has never been better. Highly recommend Shawn and Degree Above for your install needs.
