I had 2 systems replaced. They made sure I always had one working so it didn’t get too hot in my house. They stayed late to finish so they didn’t have to disturb me an additional day. They didn’t even disturb me as I was working from home while they worked.

Rob recently came to my restaurant and explained all the things they offer. We have used them twice now and it has been nothing but a great experience.

I am giving this one star review because I believe this company is ripping my apartment complex off and my family is suffering because of it. My AC has been on and off working all summer and apparently it is something that the regular maintenance staff can not fix so they have to call Mandolin to service my unit. They have been to my apartment three times or four times at this point I'm losing count. Each time 1 to 2 guys come in look at the unit inside then just walk out or say they are going to look at the outside unit. Hours go by and no one comes back and I'm still sitting here with no fix, no answers as to what's wrong with it, and no reasons why the team up and leaves with no word or no return time. To me that's is very unprofessional and I know for a fact they would not do this to a home owner. So if y'all could kindly get back to Triangle Place Apartments and come fix my unit that would be great and I would gladly turn this one star into a 5 thank you.

I recently had to use Mandolin because they were assigned from my warranty company. The technician Travis that they sent out was knowledgeable and professional, and Tori in the office was very friendly and sympathetic to the situation we were dealing with. I would highly recommend Mandolin for all air conditioning needs!

After many attempts to fix my AC ,Mandolin Services were called. Within 10 minutes Eric saw that the compressor was out. (How do you miss that?)Erick ordered the part and came back within a speedy amount of time and fixed it. Eric was very professional and friendly.

Terrible communication. I needed to coordinate HVAC work with them along with Crawlspace work once HVAC duct work was complete. They failed to inform me that they were not coming out due to rain and getting ahold of them is an impossible task. I actually called and left a voice mail asking where the bill was for the work performed and they did not get back to me for 7 months claiming they “didn’t have my phone number”. Best of luck to them staying in business with such terrible communication to where they can’t even send a bill.

Mandolin HVAC & Construction is excellent company that provides exceptional customer customer service. All the technicians that came to service my cooling system were very professional. They were also very resourceful in finding me an affordable AC system. I highly recommend Mandolin HVAC & Construction for any heating and cooling needs!

Used them to install a faucet and connect new plumbing pipes from sink to the wall. Almost $800!!!! First off even though this business is 5 miles from my house, I get charged an hour for their tech to drive to my house. Even accounting for an hour to run to Lowes for parts, a skilled plumber took 3 hours to connect a faucet and piping!!!! Total man hours charged was 5 hours. No next time here with this company and my goal was not to spend 5 hours doing it myself. Live and learn on getting firm quotes up front!
Nothing wrong with the work they performed as far as I know.

I am a general contractor. Mandolin HVAC and Construction has done all of my HVAC work for the past three years. They are prompt, they provide good quality and their prices are reasonable. Whenever there was an issue, the returned my calls and corrected the issue promptly. I would recommend them for all your HVAC and construction needs.

Although our warranty company contracted with Mandolin, it was Mandolin who kept us updated on repair and part needed and they got our furnace up and running ASAP.
Dispatchers, techs and owner's Mom (who returned my after-hours call) were all so nice but professional.

Mandolin has come out twice to look at my HVAC- once for heating and once for cooling. The tech both times was Travis and he was so friendly and efficient. Got me back up and running very quickly and I am so grateful for the excellent service!

Mandolin HVAC has been a great vendor for my sites. They are reliable and honest and don't just tell you what you want to hear to win a job. They have bent over backwards to go WAY outside of their normal service area to assist me with system replacements when other contractors failed. I would highly recommend Mandolin for any HVAC needs!

My heater went out and my property manager sent Mandolin HVAC to fix it. The person they sent was very professional and respectful of my home. Most importantly, my heater is fixed and working fine

Found a blown fuse, which stopped my AC’s top fan from spinning, in a separate box from my breakers; so I did not notice it.

Their Service Person was timely, professional, and both dialed into and solved the problem and repaired it, seemingly, no time at all.

I have had Mandolin on multiple projects as well as referred them to friends and neighbors. Mandolin is great at communication and has never failed to dispatch a tech to service my needs in a timely manner. Mandolin has performed electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services. After several companies tried to up sell me on what I needed for my new HVAC Unit Mandolin came in and quoted me a quality unit at a great cost. I would also give the Installation crew a 10/10 as the quality of the install was excellent. If you are in need of a new unit for a price you can actually afford call Mandolin.

Mandolin HVAC did a great job with the install of our upstairs HVAC unit. David Breed, provided us a detailed all inclusive proposal. The service team that installed the unit were very professional and left the work area in the same condition it was in when they arrived. Would highly recommend Mandolin HVAC.
