Alex/evenel came out quickly and fixed the problem. They had all the right equipment. It did cost more than other plumbers I have used in the past, but they were here and the wife is happy the toilets flush.

Alex and Evenel were very courteous and spent a lot of time investigating possible causes for the water on the laundry room floor and a slow- draining shower drain.
The woman who answered the phone was very helpful, and to my great surprise the technicians were at our house within an hour.

I would highly recommend Zoom Drain! It was incredibly easy to schedule, workers were knowledgeable and accommodating with my schedule, and they easily resolved the issue. They were also very fair in offering me the simplest and most efficient solution first.

Alex was punctual, honest and extremely helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and provide valuable information such as exact locations where my underground drain line changes type and where the stoppage was located which will assist in any future precautions and maintenance that I will need to take.

Alex and Jose of Zoom Drain serviced my call about a suddenly clogged kitchen sink drain within 2 hours. They were politely friendly and knowledgeable. After snaking the drain two times without charge they used a hydro jet to clean the pipe in the crawl space and fully unclog the kitchen drain. Existing grease from the past had compounded the issue but they worked over 2 hours to reach a solution. I definitely recommend them for emergency drain problems.

Extremely professional. Boone was very courteous and took care of our problem. He came in the evening when it was freezing cold and took the time to find out the problem, showed me the issue, and then addressed it. There were rags that were clogged in the drain near the street. He showed me exactly what the issue was with the camera, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend him!
