I had no water as of 10:am. I called and left a voice message advising of my situation. I received a return call within about 1 hour from Travis, who advised he would arrive at approximately 1:30pm. Travis and John arrived within a few minutes of 1:30pm. They both worked quickly and diligently to replace my well pump, My water was restored by 4:30pm.

The guys at Woodall's are awesome. Our 20 year old house had the well pump finally give up due to a high sediment well. They were the third service we called out and were the most knowledgeable, detailed and understanding. They were not the cheapest of the three, but were the only group that explained the problem, and the steps that would be taken to resolve it. They gave us a few educated options and left us feeling informed enough to then explain it to someone else. The two other groups we had out left me feeling ignorant and taken, Woodall's left me feeling informed and served. They had us set up with better and more reliable water pressure then we had ever had in one day. They were immediately available the next day when I had a quick follow up question and we have had great water since. I work in a service industry and I value a service that is done well, for a fair price by good people. If you have any water needs, call the guys at Woodall's. 5 stars!

Woodall's crews was great!! They diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and we had not had success with other plumbers and numerous visits to address the problem previously. They were first knowledgeable, second, efficient and professional they knew the current standards and requirements , third kind and educated us as they did the work, lastly I feel the pricing was reasonable. We couldn't have had a better experience.

Our water slowed to a trickle one Sunday night, so Monday morning I called Woodall's for help. Andy told me that he was booked solid, but he would have his son-in-law come by to check things out. Travis and his crew arrived around 3:30 and worked for three hours, pulling the pump and replacing it. They did excellent work and I am very happy with the result. As far as I am concerned, Woodall's is the best!

I have used them several times over many years. They are very efficient in getting to your home as quickly as possible. Travis is
absolutely the best. They are reasonable in pricing. Why try the rest when they are the BEST!

2 years ago, I left a positive review based on the well pump replacement Woodall's did in 2020. I didn't plan on having to call Woodall's again, but last week our well pump suffered lightning damage during a thunderstorm (just my luck). I called the next morning at 8:00, and Woodall's had a crew onsite before 11:00. Travis and John had already reviewed notes from the previous installation, so they had the exact well pump we needed on their truck. Travis recommended installing a lightning arrestor to help protect the new pump, and I agreed. They knocked the job out quickly and finished before 3:00. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the fast response time. My family was only without water for about 7 hours. Travis made sure to clearly document that the damage was caused by lightning, so hopefully insurance will cover the bulk of the cost. I can't say enough good things about Woodall's. If I have any future needs, they will be my only call.

I hired Woodall's last year when we suddenly lost all water pressure. They accommodated us on short notice and quickly diagnosed the problem: a faulty pressure tank. Travis took the time to educate me on how the system works and patiently answered all my questions. He provided an estimate to replace the faulty pressure tank. However, I asked further questions about the well pump, which was the same age. Travis never tried to "sell" me; he simply answered my questions and let me arrive at my own conclusion. I work in sales, so I very much appreciated his "no pressure" approach. I decided to replace the pressure tank and the well pump at the same time to ensure a reliable well system. The work was scheduled the very next day and we had water back much sooner than I originally anticipated. The final charges matched the estimated cost, so there were no surprises. The workmanship and professionalism was top notch, and I was truly "wowed" by this company's customer service and quality work. I highly recommend Woodall's, and thank you to Travis and the crew for a job well done!

Had an issue with water pressure. In speaking to the owner (Mr. Woodall), I immediately felt he was very knowledgeable, but also straightforward tell it like it is kind of a man. His son in- law Travis called me back, and we discussed the issue and said he would be here within an 1 1/2 hours, and he did. Travis and John arrived and went straight to work, trying to figure out what the cause of the problem was. Travis identified the issue. He explained it well and answered all my questions after which he quoted me the price. I was very convinced and confident in their assessment, competence and experience and agreed to proceed with the work. Travis was 100% correct in his assessment, and now our water pressure is better than it was before. This work cost $7000 less than other companies quoted us saying I needed a new pump and pressure tank. I am absolutely 100% happy with the work Travis and John did. They were very professional, respectful, patient, and pleasant guys. We also decided to install a whole house water filter as well since they got the pressure issue resolved. Highly recommend this company, Travis and John and will for sure call them when the time comes for anything else well related.

After having a hard time finding a quality well repair company, and being treated unfairly or ignored by other companies, I was able to find this great company in Raleigh. I called around 9am, and had only been off of the phone with the owner for maybe 15 min and his technician, Travis called me back and said that he would come out in the early afternoon and that he would call beforehand also. 12:30pm rolls around and he called to let me know that he was on his way and what time frame that he would arrive. He arrived on schedule, and he and his assistant, Al.....quickly found out the problem, and we ended up doing a complete well replacement. Line, pump (upgraded) and pressure tank, new pressure switch etc They worked quickly, professionally and had it completely done by 4pm. The price was reasonable and I sincerely appreciated their fast response and knowledge in the well repair business. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone with a well.

Called over the weekend and was able to reach someone for our main water line break. Set up a date for them to come out and they even recommended another company to see if we could get help sooner. They showed up on Monday after calling ahead. Gave us a fair quote and 2 days later were able to come back to do the job. Showed up an hour late, but they notified us of delay and it worked for us. They finished the job in a timely manner and were professional and honest. More than satisfied with the job they did! Travis even went above and secured the electrical box that a previous company failed to do. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, Travis and his coworker. Keep up the great work!

Called on Monday 1/5 to schedule for Thursday1/8. Thursday rolls around and never showed. I called and apparently he didn't write it down. I had burned a vacation day to be able to be home. Don't trust this company if they can't keep they're appointments straight!

Lighting hit my deep well irrigation pump. Travis, Al, and John worked around my schedule and I did theirs. We agreed on time and work was completed with extreme satisfaction. The tank and control box needed to be replaced and of course re plumbed. After being in service since 1971, the few upgrades made the pump revive back to original specs. Very knowledgeable very personable and very dog friendly. Our four legged son would write a great review. In a heart beat if lighting strikes again I have no hesitation to call Woodall and my family felt comfortable with the whole experience. As a son of a plumber, we’ll work is not easy and one needs to hire experts with value pricing. Woodall's is the go to fix your project group.

If you need well service or repair, Woodall, a family owned company, is who you should contact. They are very responsive, and personable, patiently answering my avalanche of questions. Andy has been in this business for 40 years and his knowledge is unmatched. Travis & John came on the scheduled day, replaced the pump, the spigot and flushed the system. Travis also has a great fund of knowledge. He explained the parts of the pump, showed me the shut off valve and answered my questions. They finished the job and everything went according to plan. The cost was very reasonable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I know my well is in good shape and even if problems arise, I know they’ll be able to fix them. Complete peace of mind for such a critical piece of equipment.

I called at least 3 or more well providers before stumbling upon Woodall's pump sales & service. I had decided not to use them for reasons I do not care to mention. However, I must say I am happy that I called Woodall's well service because from the moment I called there was an eagerness to handle my problem despite the fact that his crew had a busy schedule. They managed to switch their schedule around to accommodate me as I did not have any water coming to my home. Travis and John arrived promptly, diagnosed and replaced the guage and pressure switch and I had runnning water again within the hour. I am putting Woodall's on Speed dial for my "Go to" for well repair service, and I highly recommend them to others. Oh and my the way , I think they are reasonably priced.

I just recently purchased my first home, which included a very small laundry area that lost a lot of space to an old water heater on the verge of kicking the bucket. SAMJOKAR Plumbing came up with a great solution to not only upgrade that dinosaur of a water heater to a new, slim profile water heater but also relocate it to a small coat closet on the other side of the laundry wall. Did a beautiful job plumbing, wiring to the new location and enclosing the new pipes in the laundry for a finished look. Now I have reliable hot water and can do laundry comfortably in my spacious laundry room.

Very reasonably priced and quality work. They won't overcharge you and install cheap equipment. Satisfied every time we use them and highly recommend.

They arrived on time, clearly explained the problem, and replaced a leaky and corroded gas line. It was expensive, but plumbing always seem to cost more than one thinks it should. I will call them again with plumbing needs.
