Jason from Your Service Pro of NC came to our house to evaluate two issues, one pretty straightforward with a toilet not flushing, and the other with our kitchen sink not lining up. Jason showed up a few minutes early, diagnosed the issue, explained in detail how to fix the sink, and then did the work quickly and professionally. I cannot recommend Your Service Pro of NC enough.

Had four new faucets to be installed, plus needed new piping for each, and a tub drip to be fixed. Jake was very professional, listening/addressing my concerns and knowledgeable, explaining the work to be done. He was nice to have around during the work. Andrew was very prompt in emailing before and after the work. I would definitely recommend Your Service Pro of NC.

I've used this company twice. Once to have a new water installed in our old home. Great service! Never had any issues with the water heater. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. When it was time to sell the home, I reached out to Andrew asking how to adjust the water temp as it was 3 degrees higher than what the inspector recommended. Andrew emailed me step by step instructions. Great guy! When we bought our new home we noticed immediately that the hot water was rust colored. Andrew went out to the new home, generated us an estimate to present to the sellers. In the end, the sellers had a home warranty they replaced the water heater through, however the estimate provided by Your Service Pro of NC and the final bill from the home warranty company were spot on. I'd recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues. Their prices are great and all employees have been a delight to work with!

Could not be happier with Your Service Pro. Andrew and Jason were easy to work with, transparent about what I needed, communicated thoroughly at every step of the process, and helped me out considerably with damages caused by a flooring installation.I had purchased an older home and needed several different things completed. My estimates were fairly accurate, and when anything changed, I was notified immediately. The work was done in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. In addition to all of that, they went the extra mile to help me- I had flooring installed prior to my plumbing work being done and when the installers removed my toilets, they caused a significant amount of damage. Your Service Pro provided me with a separate estimate which only included the repairs directly caused by the damage, a detailed explanation of how/why they could say with certainty that the recent toilet removal was the cause, and they included pictures that were labeled to show the damage. This extra work they did provided me the documentation I needed to be reimbursed by the flooring company- which totaled over $2000. Their excellence in customer service, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond is by far the best I’ve experienced. Highly recommend Your Service Pro for any and all plumbing needs. I had a new sink and faucet put into my kitchen, and replaced the outdoor faucet in my backyard. The work was timely, professional, and looks fantastic. I've used the PLMR before, based on a recommendation. He did a fantastic job then as well - he replaced my water heater underneath my house. Great work and professionalism both times. And the price was always great.

I had one of those jobs where there were a lot of glitches. I bought the wrong sized toilet, then when the re-ordered toilet came it was broken. Drew was very kind and patient and helped me out so much. He went above and beyond to make sure everything got done correctly and by the book. He was also good at explaining what he was going to do and why. He was also cool about laying off the up-selling and just letting me get done what I had originally asked for.
