Ordered shower head with separate hand held with diverter valve, which wasn’t in stock. Was told it would take 2 weeks for delivery, and almost 3 weeks later my project is done, but still can’t use my new shower since still waiting on the part, and then I am told it’s going to be another 3 weeks. So canceled it and ordered from plumberstock who sent it w 2 day shipping. My contractor then tells me that it’s the wrong part. Hajoca had the correct part in stock the whole time. Since both parts were exactly the same price, I suggested that they could do an even swap, so I don’t have to go through the hassle and expense of shipping the wrong part back to plumberstock. Seems like a reasonable request but they wouldn’t do it. Many many hours of my time wasted and extra expenses because of their mistakes, and they refuse to do the right thing. Won’t shop here again.

This has been a very helpful business to deal with. I needed a replacement part for a kitchen faucet and I couldn’t find the part anywhere. Spoke with Lyle Busam and he was to not only help me find the updated part, but ordered a replacement under warranty from the manufacturer. Thank you for the help and definitely recommend

Had some problems finding an uncommon fitting, this place had what I needed, customer service was courteous and quick. Called them later during the day with a question, received a quick response and my issue was resolved. Great place and stellar employees.

The guys at the plumbing supply house are always great to work with. As a plumbing contractor, having a dependable supply house makes a big difference when you’re trying to take care of customers. My friend and I went to replace the spout on the shower yesterday and while rotating the old spout we broke the copper pipe. I called affordable plumbing, spoke with Will and asked if he could arrange for a quick service call.

Within an hour Will sent one of his plumbers to solder a new piece of pipe. The work was done in a reasonable time and for a competitive rate. Based on my experience I would recommend affordable plumbing for residential work.

Just got completely ripped off! Service call of $59 very reasonable. Labor was $104 for one hour of work! Not my fault that he had to go get a machine. So just paid $222 to unclog a shower drain. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!

Do not use this firm. Called to give estimate. Did not provided an itemized estimate. Asked for one before I paid bill. refused to provide me one. His quote was for over double what other firms quoted and he never provided an itemized estimate. Beware!

North Raleigh Plumbing installed a water heater for us on September 2022. The water heater is still under warranty for labor and parts, but when we called them to fix it, they said they did not have time to take this job. Absolutely the worst customer service and unprofessional attitude. BEWARE, they will not stand by their installation.

I have been a customer for nine years and they have taken care of the plumbing issues with excellence. Most recently I had a leak at my water pump heating unit and Richard came out on Saturday in the rain and worked diligently to solve the problem, for which I was most grateful.
