Had a problem with a broken toilet handle which we had purchased at Wilkinson , which was reported to Corey with whom we initially worked .
Corey ordered the part and within a few days it was delivered without cost.
Corey was extremely attentive and accommodating -- great job

We worked with Jeff Fuller at Wilkinson supply company to pick out our plumbing fixtures for our kitchen renovation.Jeff was very knowledgeable about all the major brands and listened carefully to what we wanted to achieve.He is a great communicator and we were delighted with the end result.

Very poor customer service. Went on a weekday to just look at kitchen sinks. Was accosted and reprimanded by a customer service associate for not having an appointment (website says it's NOT required to visit the showroom, just recommended if you need help; but you wouldn't know that from the rebuke I got from the sales associate). Left a bad taste in my mouth, especially in light of all the reviews I'd read beforehand saying what stellar customer service they have. Was not my experience.

Both Emily & Meaghan were very helpful, knowledgeable & professional while helping us to select two new toilets for our home. Quick delivery, free delivery ! We would highly recommend Wilkinson Supply.

We had to replace a ToTo commode that had been sent with mixed match components. Wilkinson did replace with the correct components and covered the additional costs for the installation.

First of all, I'm a repeat/account holding client of Wilkinson. I have been shopping here since 2012 for my plumbing supplies because of the folks who work here. What I mean is, they make me feel welcomed here, like I'm a friend. I really appreciate this friendly/real down to earth atmosphere. The bonus is their prices are good,or is it the other way around?! I see myself doing business here for years come. Mack is in a band,Richard is a retired Plumber full of knowledge, Bob is the water heater specialist, Dave is the Mgr, then there is Jeanie,Chad, Jason, Steve, Frank, Gary, Stephanie, Laurie, Bill, Kenny. They also have lunch at least once a month,yesterday we had hot dogs and soda.

Outstanding service in all areas from design to installation. Practically one-stop shopping for our massive renovation project! Everyone was extraordinarily knowledgeable and eager to help. I've already referred friends to Wilkinson and would use them again.

We just finished renovating two bathrooms and working with Lori made the whole process flow smoothly. From intial design choices to last minute touches, in the showroom or through email, the whole experience was very professional yet had a nice personal touch! I was on 210 goingvto ward I. 40 when your driver started tailgating me. When i had enough I break checked him and he rolled his window down and shot me his middle finger. If this is the kind of people you employ I want nothing to do with your company.

Got a couple of Cadet Pro toilets today. Mack was on the counter and did a great job and Bill pulled the order and he was excellent as well. This is the best plumbing supply house in Raleigh hands down. They have great inventory, prices, and customer service. Just FYI if you want a really good flushing toilet get a Cadet Pro, and buy it here. They do not have this model at the box stores.

I had a wonderful experience buying a Bluestar range and wall oven in a custom color from Wilkinson. Paul Martens my sales person was the most knowledgeable person I have ever met on the topic. He walked me through the pros and cons of each brand and made sure I knew the trade offs I was making. I ended up with EXACTLY what I wanted and Paul checked in and made sure I was happy and offered ongoing assistance. I cannot imagine a better experience. Highly, highly recommended.

I went to a competitor with a specialty fixture and they reached out to the manufacturer for parts by emailing the manufacturer rep, still no response from either the store or the rep (it has been 3-weeks). Wilkinson found the parts onsite and held onto some important parts I mistakenly left behind. Richard, Jeff, Dottie and everyone I interacted with there was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Can't recommend this place enough! It is rare for anyone to treat your problem as their problem, I received that kind of service at Wilkinson Supply.

Jeff assisted me with the selection of bathroom fixtures in the Raleigh showroom. He was professional and efficient. He asked the right questions to help me make the right decisions for our needs. Wilkinson has a wonderful variety of products and styles. Richard Kendall was also of assistance at the help desk. He is an experienced plumber. He was able to advise us on another plumbing issues

Had a very enlightening and thoroughly enjoyable experience with Paul Mertens today at Wilkinson Supply. Paul is the on staff appliance guru. Extremely knowledgable and an excellent and an excellent communicator. Paul gave us an hour plus of his expertise. The wife and I haven't made our final appliance decisions yet, but Paul and Wilkinson's will get our future business. Thank you.

We've worked with Wilkinson several times. We've remodeled a kitchen, laundry room and 2 bathrooms. Lori has been a wonderful resources for all our plumbing needs, making sure we have all the parts and pieces and see all the options. We have found Wilkinson's to be knowledgeable, helpful, prompt and friendly.

I am very thankful that we chose to order our new cook top through Wilkinson. We have had quite a fiasco receiving 3 defective cook tops. Wilkinson was not at fault with any of the 3 units. It was a manufacturing issue. However, Wilkinson was extremely responsive to our issue ensuring that each unit was returned and we received one that was in good condition. They were a liaison between me and the manufacturer during the process. I felt frustrated with the manufacturer in this situation and their lack of responsiveness but felt taken care of by Wilkinson. Thank you Wilkinson!

I live in Rhode Island and got to know Nour regarding a Galley Work Station for a new home build in Leland. The builder informed me on a Thursday that they lost the disposal flange and strainer kit for the sink and that the plumber was coming to do work on the following Monday. Nour was able to overnight a new flange and strainer kit to me while visiting in Leland. I was truly impressed by her ability to act quickly and resolve the issue. Based on her professionalism my wife and I will definitely be looking to do business with Nour and Wilkinson with any future projects.

Excellent service! I worked online with one of their design consultants (NC) and she had everything shipped to my job site which was in a remote area. We had one item that was damaged in transit and she had a replacement shipped immediately.

Excellent service and selection of materials. When you are in the showroom ask for Nour Carrilo. This lady knows her inventory and was great help to me in making my selection for bathroom remodel.
They have everything you need and some items you didn’t know you need.
There is also lights and chandeliers that are fresh and very nice looking.
