Incredible Service! Incorrect soaking tub was delivered and installed during a remodel project. (Not Wilkinson's Error!)
Lori expedited delivery of the correct tub and coordinate reimbursement for the plumber’s extra time and materials.
They will have our business forever.

I would not do business with them again. They charged me >25% restocking fee on a $628 item which I saw in their showroom. While their invoice says they "may" charge a restocking fee, they do not disclose it would be >25%. I considered the purchase carefully & only returned it after it was delivered & I discovered it came with bare wires that required an electrician to install. Their recommended electrician's estimate was $640 -- more than the cost of the mirror! -- & drywall repair would be required afterward. Amazon has a similar mirror that comes with a plug. I was an established customer. Caveat emptor!

Wilkinson's employees are so focused on the customer experience. Lori went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed and that we LOVED our choices. When I changed my mind, she adapted without hesitation and showed me more options! Thanks for all of the staff's patience and helpfulness throughout the renovation process!

Wilkinson is my go to place for plumbing fixtures. My latest project was a whole house renovation. Lori is beyond phenomenal to work with. She is VERY knowledgeable about all of the vendors and products. She leaves no stone unturned when looking for a specific product. She has a gift for seeing the big picture and guiding clients through the process to ensure a cohesive, beautiful design. Every employee at Wilkinson is a pleasure to work with. They truly care about their customers.

We had a great experience with Becca at Wilkinson Supply in Raleigh. She did a terrific job listening to our specific needs and putting together options for our bathroom remodel. Her choices matched what we had in mind exactly. Becca was also very responsive to our emails. We experienced no issues with the selection, purchase, or delivery of our order. The installers we hired also had everything they needed to complete the installation process quickly and easily.

Wilkinson nailed it. We replaced the original front doors to our almost 40 year old home and were in need of specific door hardware. Their team helped us identify what we needed, our order was placed, and it fits perfectly. Exceeded expectations. Thank you Wilkinson!

Excellent customer service!! We had a minor problem with something and the manager David Soto handled it professionally and promptly to our satisfaction. A true test of how a company treats its customers.

Emily and Rachael assisted us in the showroom and were terrific as well. Even the man at the pick up area (unfortunately I didn't get his name) went out of his way to find my order.

Wilkinson Supply Co. is amazing! My husband and I scheduled a meeting with Courtney to come in and look at various appliances such as dishwashers, ovens/ranges, cabinetry hardware, faucets, light fixtures, and more and left the meeting so impressed. We were impressed, not only with the phenomenal service Courtney provided us (she listened to all our concerns, wants, and needs and then gave us multiple options and advice on what would work best in our home given our budget), but also in the quality of product and variety of options they had available for us to choose from at their showroom.

Even after our appointment was over, Courtney was so easy to communicate with and made delivery of all of our appliances easy and stress-free. She ensured we got everything we needed on time. We were beyond satisfied with our purchases and the service given to us!

One of the worse experiences we've ever had! We made an appointment for the showroom to pick out a tub and a toilet but the woman that we were supposed to meet was nowhere to be found. It was obvious that the employees working there were also annoyed with this woman. she finally showed up with no apology and seemed extremely out of it. She had no idea what she was trying to sell and it was clear we wasted our entire afternoon.
We thought the whole point of making an appointment was to work with a knowledgeable staff member to pick out what we needed but it was clear this person was not that. The entire experience was so dissatisfactory that I sincerely hoped there were hidden cameras and this was all a joke. Sadly, it was not.

I wouldn't suggest them. Their Box Truck on NC 210 on 02/11/26 at 12:10 PM illegally passed me as I was delivering mail at a mailbox, uphill and almost caused a head on collision. If this is how they drive, then I can only imagine how they handle customer service and parts. I would shop elsewhere.

The electric ovens in a dual fuel range in my daughter's historic house failed and couldn't be repaired. The kitchen is an old remodel and the opening is no longer the standard size. Searched and found that Wilkinson was a dealer for the only range that would fit and it was made in Italy. Met with Paul. He was friendly and a wealth of knowledge and we ordered the ILVE range. When it arrived, Steve was great in scheduling the delivery. The installers worked through all of the quirks of an older home and did a great job. I highly recommend Wilkinson Supply for all your appliance needs.

Ned was great! Punctual and super knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and was done within a couple of hours. He even made a trip out to Home Depot to get us another part so it would fit better. Would definitely use him again!

Plumbing Fixologist has been to my house 2 time in the past couple months and I could not recommend them more. Today, Ned came out to look at my leaky garbage disposal. He did a complete replacement in less than an hour and kept me laughing the whole time. He taught me some maintenance tips to avoid future repairs/expenses and you can tell he truly loves what he does. Thank you Ned , and the Plumbing Fixologist team for always being kind, knowledgeable and time-efficient.

Ned from Plumbing Fixologist was great! He not only fixed my plumbing issues with the quickness but also took additional time at the end to let me know exactly what the issue was and how to manage it in the future. I received great communication from the office prior to the appointment and Ned arrived within the timeframe I was given. It’s hard to find reliable companies that respect and value your time as much as you do. All around 5 stars!

Honest company, very easy to work with. Ned came on-site same day very quickly, tried his best to fix my tenant’s clog, he was unable to fix it due to the nature of the issue so he recommended another company that could. I then hired him to service my tankless water heater at another property and he took care of it right away at a very fair price. Honest company that does great work! Highly, highly recommended!
