Ned was very professional and did an awesome job. I now have a bathroom toilet and a running master shower and he was very reasonable on his pricing and I would use him again and again for my plumbing projects.

Ned came and fixed an issue we had with a water pipe. He was able to identify the issue, fix it quickly and even offered some advice for other things. Price was 100% worth it considering the damage it could’ve caused if he couldn’t fix it. Highly recommend

Bathroom renovation

We had a leak in our bathroom and decided to have a complete gut as ours was outdated. We called Raleigh Plumbing and they recommended Splash to pick out our fixtures. We were assisted by a sweet girl named Lauren who helped us pick out and design our bathroom. She was full information and helped guide us on what looked good. My wife and I are not the best decorators so having Lauren was a life saver. Needless to say the bathroom turned out amazing and everyone loved it! I wish we had a picture but we actually sold the house(the buyers fell in love with the master bath!) Will definitely use Splash again when we redo our new house.

We renovated our master bathroom this spring and Splash Galleries had great prices on the fixtures we needed. Lauren was so helpful with helping us figure out what we needed to have and finding the very best solutions for our needs. At one point in the renovation we had to change one of the fixtures, and Lauren was on it like lightning. A courier brought our needed piece out to us that day while the plumber was here so we did not have to lose a day and pay our plumber to come out a second time. I highly recommend Splash Galleries!

We used Splash Galleries when building our new home a few years ago. Lauren was excellent to deal with while making all the decisions for our selections. We had a minor issue with an item about a year after installation which Lauren immediately took care of. Recently we had to have a kitchen sink faucet replaced. I had contacted the manufacturer directly to get a replacement faucet and decided to contact Lauren to let her know what was going on. She stepped right in and had the whole issue taken care of and within a few days I had my brand new faucet installed. She is the best. I highly recommend Splash Galleries for all plumbing needs.

If I could give less than 1 star I would...very disorganized...showroom salespeople are not very helpful resolving issues they helped create through either carelessness or incompetence...ordered faucets, sinks, toilets, shower heads, and tub for a complete remodel of my home...had issues with every product ordered...tub defective, wrong size toilets, faucets didn't come with drain kits, sink completely scratched after washing dishes 2-3 times, the finish on the expensive shower heads started coming off shortly after use...took almost a year to try to get everything resolved (still not satisfied with end result)...I do not recommend this business...spent a lot of money and expected better customer service and an overall better quality product for the cost...was encouraged to buy more expensive items...what a joke...do business here at your own risk...you've been warned!

We purchase I would say 80% of our material from hajoca commercial. 9.7 times out of 10 they will have, what you need if not they will get it from there sister store on front st. When pricing jobs on the spot (because we are primarily service based business) they are quick with a response regarding price and availability which is very important. They do a good job on deliveries as well. I have worked with other companies who have a responsive inside and outside sales team however struggle with getting material to the job. This not a problem for these guys.
